Too small of van. We packed in like sardines. Very uncomfortable. Unorganized. Cliff divers were good

We had a very nice time with Jose and Yasmin. We loved Antiqua and seeing the coffee plantation. They both took good care of us, four seniors! It is too bad Antigua is so far from the port, but it is definitely worth the trip. We recommend these guides!

We could not have been luckier to have Baldo and Jose Luis be our guides when visiting Acapulco! On a 1 to 10 scale, 20 isn’t enough of a score for these two. Baldo is very fluently bi-lingual and knew just how to personalize our experience to make it unforgettable. We did the Acapulco tour including cliff divers, and the lagoon tour; both wonderful. Any of you coming to Acapulco, and wanting a reasonably priced very personalized tour, need to have Baldo’s number! Reach him directly at +52 744 160 1604, you won’t regret it!!

Overall, it was a very good tour. Having said that it is a lot of driving around between sites, in part because it's a big city and also because a lot of traffic. Rudy did a good job as our tour director. However, sometimes he did spend too much time lauding the current president of Mexico and it was a little much political opinions at times. The highlight of the trip was seeing the cliff divers. we were given the option to pay $15 more per person to sit in the shade and have a drink included and that was a much better option than being out in the sun baking while waiting for the divers to do their thing. Would do it again.

The tour included scenic views of Puerto Marques, the Chapel, a scenic view over the west side of the bay, driving past the market and the beach at Caletas, the mural and the divers. Our very knowledgeable guide Malu paid the admission to the divers for us. No lunch, snacks or water were included.

We enjoyed the professional tour guide services of Baldo Gomez and driver, Mickey (Mouse). Baldo and Mickey met us at Vidanta Mayan Golf, for tours of Chapel of Peace, Las Brisas, Playa Puerto Marqués, Acapulco Bay, Los Flamingos Hotel, and special lunch and cliff divers performance at La Perla Restaurant. Shopping is always a great option. Highly recommend Baldo Gomez and driver, Mickey.

The views at the chapel are wonderful. The bakery he took us to was awesome you never would’ve known it was there. He was happy to please and knowledgeable

This was a great private tour. Our guide Pepe was very knowledgeable and took us to some beautiful overlooks of Acapulco. The cliff divers were also amazing! Viator is a great company for booking excursions from the cruise ship! They also sent us a video/pictures of our day!

It was a Great tour. Guide was very knowledgeable of the area. Showed us many places. Stopped at many places to take a pic or two. Caught some traffic so it slowed us down a little. Enjoyed the clif divers and carried on through the tour. Couple of more little stops. But I think that the guide forgot to stop for lunch that I paid extra for. Dropped us off at our hotel hungry and thirsty.

Booked a city tour, through the resort, while staying at The Grand Mayan Resort. Baldo, baldo-work@hotmail.com was our guide for a trip that took us to the Peace Chapel, the Cliff Divers and tow many other places to list. Baldo has excellent language skills and is very knowledgeable and passionate about his city and Country. Certainly recommend anyone to seek him out!

We had a great day with Malu and Jesus. They have a wealth of knowledge about Acapulco and we were shown all the areas of the town. We especially liked the Cliff Divers show. This is a great tour and not to be missed. I would definitely recommend Rudy's tourbyvan.com for excursions in Acapulco.

The unscheduled stop to check out the Plaza Mexico-Filipinas was a wonderful spot to check out the history of the Galleon Trade between Manila and Acapulco. The guide, Alfonso, was very knowledgeable and had interesting anecdotes as well.

Got to see all of Acapulco on this tour. Lunch was great too! Amazing views of city and the cliff divers were the highlight of the tour.

The elderly guide was vdery knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The tour said 'with lunch' but this did not materialise!

This was a small tour - just four couples, and it was wonderful. Our guide, Alphonso, was entertaining, knowledgeable, and was able to bring some insights you often don't get unless your guide's family has been in the area for generations - as his had. We had a great time, and the meal at the end of tour was really nice. We would definitely do this tour again.

La Quebrada is definitely a must do in Acapulco!!! We enjoyed the experience and would visit again if the opportunity arises.

We had hired Rudy to Pick us up from Airport and Day tour of Acapulco. Rudy was always on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. He not only shared the sight seeing details but gave us an overall view of Acapulco, Political environment, socio-economic status, etc. Rudy shot a film of our group while sightseeing and shared it promptly with us. That was a great gesture on his part. We ended up giving him more business with our trips to Saffron Restaurant and Tres Vidas Golf Club with Pepe. Pepe kept us entertained with all the trivia of the areas in Acapulco. All in all, they are a professional bunch who can be trusted with taking care of you in Acapulco.

First of all we visited Las Brisas and then Puerto Marques Bay, Chapel of Peace, Acapulco town center and market where locals do their shopping and lastly La Quebrada where cliff divers perform amazing shows.<br/> The tour lasted 4 hours and we were dropped of our hotels on time.</p>

They classify a certain type of guest, especially Latinos, as "VIPS" upon arrival and lead them to an office where one or two employees are in charge of promoting what appears to be a timeshare, with a long waste of time and no benefit whatsoever. When the front desk procedures are normal and agile for foreign tourists. It seems to me an abusive form of treatment that is clearly differential, annoying, and burdensome. I wish you could consider it and correct it.
