I experienced a day with Mario and Jesus in Acapulco and it was absolutely amazing. The information and stories they provided were so insightful and genuine and helped the group develop a greater appreciation for the sites we visited and Acapulco itself. The staff at the sea turtle release, croc farm, and Afro-Mex village were so warm, inviting, and hospitable. This was such a great experience and I’m happy our group did it. I definitely recommend doing this excursion if you’re in Acapulco. It’s not a stuffy, cash grab tour. Jesus and Mario want to make sure you’re having fun while also teaching and showing the beauty of Acapulco!

Great guide. Mr. Mario explained thoroughly about the surrounding as we were on our way to release the turtles. After arriving at the place he taught us about the different species of this animal. The experience itself was unique and unforgettable. I do recommend people to give it a try, specially with those excellent guides carrying out the tours.

Rudy and Alfonso were very knowledgeable, accommodating and patient with us. They made our visit very enjoyable and we learned so much about Acapulco. They were always on schedule and they made possible every request that we asked. We enjoyed eating with the locals and driving through the local neighborhoods. They bought us some fresh fruits along the way, they got us to experience the turtle release and snorkeling, and they even got us the best table to watch the cliff divers. They also took great pictures and videos of us. Thank you so much for such a memorable vacation!

Rudy and company are the BEST! He booked a lovely sunset cruise for us around Acapulco Bay. Following our cruise we enjoyed watching the fabulous Cliff Divers. Rudy reserved us the best seat in the house. Marvelous evening!

We are 6 adults (3 couples), and we couldn't be more delighted with our tour of Acapulco with Rudy and Santiago this week. With so many decisions and choices to make while on vacation, once we knew we wanted to take a tour, we were left with the decision of who to have for our guide, and we actually selected Rudy because of his excellent online reputation. This is one of those cases where the reviews are REAL, and they honestly don't even do them justice. We hit a home run in selecting Rudy to be our tour guide, and you won't be disappointed if you do too!

So happy we decided to book a chauffeur with this company. Santiago our driver went above and beyond his duties to cater to us. We couldn't have been happier with him. I would do it again and make sure I request Santiago.

We asked for a customized private tour and we got that and so much more!! We got to see so many things. We ate at a local restaurant that was amazing, made to all of the major stopping points before the "cruise crowd" got there. Our driver Rudy could not have been any more accomodating, kind and sincere. No question about it I would book another tour with Tour By Van!!!

Six hours packed with interesting places, sky divers where we had front row seats, many photo opportunities. Our guide was Manuel who had good English. Lunch was at la Cabana a place where they take all their tours and there was a long wait. But fair on drink and food prices.

The tour itself was perfect. We saw everything on our must see list plus more. The driver and the guide spoke excellent english. They provided wonderful advise on how to see the items on our must see list. They walked with us and pointed out things that we likely would have missed.They told us that If we allowed them to take pictures of us on the tour, they would email us all of the pictures that they took.of us on our tour. Unfortunately these pictures have not arrived yet but I am hopeful that these photos will show up soon.

With forty years of family experience visiting Acapulco, my husband and I were excited to find a new activity to share with couples that came to vacation with us. Saving the endangered turtles was a pleasantly profound, quirky and amazing experience all rolled into one. Our driver Beto was very safe and cautious driving the van and our tour guide, Lupita, spoke excellent English. Their love of Acapulco and it's beauty was enchanting. We have driven many places in our past visits to the city, but Beto and Lupita found new roads to show off some lovely areas of the southern part of the city which we had never traversed. Arriving at Hermosa Beach in Bonfil and entering the home of a very dedicated woman who loves all animals, but particularly endangered turtles was educational, enlightening, quirky and life affirming all at once. There were kitties, a funny puppy Choco who kept trying to engage the elderly yorkie and chihuahua much to those older animals chagrin, chickens, but most of all there were turtles, both hatched and yet to be hatched. The jumble of information, the educational film, the rows of eggs that were dated by the day they were collected and the humble offerings of cold drinks and shade were delightful. That this woman has dedicated her home and life to saving an endangered species that has a very difficult life cycle was admirable for her incredible persistence. So, after we watched a short film on the difficulties these turtles face, the staff shared a box of hatchlings who were just born that morning. We were able to safely handle them and feel both the power of their limbs and marvel at the fragility of their small bodies due to the constant threat of many predators. I couldn't get enough of touching them. Our group then walked out to a roped off area near the ocean and released them to watch them use their senses to make their way across the sand to the sea and swim away. They will come back full grown to that very beach upon maturity in approximately EIGHT years and lay eggs to start the cycle again. Wow!, was all any of the seven of us could say. Luckily for us, so many hatchlings had been born that morning that we were able to release another batch of "our" turtles. Afterwards, we took a short walk down the beach and returned to shade, cold drinks and the opportunity to share our feelings about our experience. Although we did not experience the part of the tour of the Cross and Chapel in Las Brisas, we have already been there many times and I would also highly recommend that visitors who are searching for a tour by Rudy avail themselves of the opportunity to experience the power of love that built the Chapel. It is a perfect compliiment to the love for saving endangered turtles. Both the chapel and the house where the turtles are saved are humble, but the love and hard work that go into both is immeasurable. I highly recommend Rudy's Tour by Van to couples, familiies with children over the age of five, friends and solo travelers. The only reason I didn't include younger children is the uneveness of the cobbles within the house and it's terrace, as well as their ability to respect the many animals wandering about. Hopefully, you will choose Rudy's Tour by Van to experience two very unique aspects of the city of Acapulco.

We were with Rudy and Oskar in Acapulco at the market. We were picked up at the port everything worked out great. It was a great experience with the two. From the “farmer’s market” to the meat and fish market to even the vodoo market, we were able to discover everything on foot, we received a lot of information from the two of them and were also able to taste foods we did not know. Afterwards we went to a few lookouts and the cliff jumpers. Would book this tour again anytime!!!
