Had an amazing time at the Cliff divers Tours. Our tour guide Mario Pacheco was a very nice and patient man. He arrived on time and stayed for two shows. He took pictures of my husband and I and was very friendly.

We had a fantastic evening with our knowledgeable guide Alex on the Cliff Divers tour in Acapulco. Alex was excellent — he shared fascinating details about the city’s rich history, the cliff divers’ traditions, and the area’s ongoing recovery from the hurricane. His stories really brought the experience to life and gave us a much deeper appreciation for Acapulco. The highlight was watching the incredibly talented cliff divers perform their daring shows at 7:00 and 8:00 pm. Their skill, precision, and bravery are truly impressive! Dinner was just okay — nothing particularly special — but the restaurant service was friendly and attentive. Overall, the tour was well worth it for the cultural insights and the spectacular diving show. Highly recommend!
JOse Mario, our guide, picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. He was very pleasant and shared his wealth of information about Acapulco; It's heyday in the 50s/60s to its current rebounding from hurricane Otis.
One of the best experiences I had, Jose Mario is very knowledgeable & a great person to be around. I give him 10/10 recommendations for anyone coming to Acapulco
Fabulous! Rudy our guide was great! Perfect English with lots of details, informed us of all the past culture, and took us to perfect sunset spot, then to the cliff dive show. Let us stay as long as we wanted! Tons on fun!
Just an incredible experience! Private tour on the Cliff Diver De Luxe excursion. Got a ton of historical info on the ride. A fantastic 3 course dinner and 2 drinks. Front row seats for the diving shows. Got to meet divers and loads of pictures. Well worth the money. Immerse yourself and enjoy. An epic memory. Our driver was beyond excellent! Highly recommended.
Brilliant Experience in a great setting. Went at 19.00 just after sunset so the cliffs were floodlit. Watched a number of exhibitions , one with the floodlights off and the divers dived with flaming torches. Spectacular. The youngest diver we saw was 16 years of age but they do have a 13 year old . The eldest was in his 50,s. It’s a profession with divers serving an apprenticeship. It’s also a family thing ; grandfathers, fathers & sons . So dangerous.
This is worth the visit if you want to see incredible views (Acapulco has so many) and stunning architecture. The gardens are a natural way to relax and bring peace to your heart.
The whole experience was great! We were picked up promptly as agreed upon and Jesus and Mario were great tour guides. On the way to the restaurant they told us the history of Acapulco. Once there Jesus made sure our seating was perfect and even had the table moved so we could watch the sunset. The diving was amazing and we had a great view. Afterwards we were shown around the restaurant and talked about its history. Both gentlemen were very cordial and professional.
A Great nighttime tour. As we ventured forth on our drive our Guides, Jesus and Mario, informed us of more history of Acapulco. As we traveled through the Tourist area we saw many intriguing sights. We visited the Las Flamingoes Hotel, built by Johnny Weissmuller and were many stars used to stay, for a drink while watching the sunset. We also saw many pictures of the movie star guest from the Hey Days of Hollywood. We headed to our dinner reservation. We were seated on the terrace facing directly down on the Cliff Divers area. We had a 3 course dinner. I had a local soup and my wife had a salad. Our entrees were a combination plater (steak, chicken, guacamole, black beans, and Quesada for me and lasagna for my wife. And then desert. All of the food was excellently prepared. Finally came the divers shows. We were lucky to enjoy 2 shows that night. Both were spectacular, looking right down the diving area. The divers included men and young people only 13 years old, male and female. We got a picture with 3 of the divers, later on. Again, Thanks to Jesus and Mario for such an enjoyable evening.
My husband and I went on this tour during our honeymoon and it was so much fun! The tour guides explained a lot of information about the city while we were driving up. It was great to hear about the local attractions from someone who lived and worked in the town. Once we got to the restaurant the service was excellent! Great options and great drinks! Our tour guide took photos for us so we didn't have to worry about capturing everything. The restaurant sits above where the divers jump so it's not an up-close experience but it is really classy and has a lot of old Hollywood charm. For our honeymoon, I think it was a good choice. There are boat tours that are more of a party, and the option to view from the deck and just head back but the dinner and a show aspect of it all was well worth it to us!
Beautiful scenery with incredible service. The waiters where above and beyond helpful. The cliff divers scenery was spectacular at sunset
The cliff diver are truly amazing. The whole tour was informative and interesting. Comfortable vehicles and easy access. A lot of stairs so am glad to be in good shape.
Great fun, Rudy our driver was very enthusiastic and a wealth of knowledge about everything, he was great
The tour guides were both so knowledgeable and talked with us the whole time which kept good company. in the Flamingo the sunset was so pretty and we were provided with the best table view. the drinks were good and the tour guides were dispensable. At the dinner, we got a very good view of the cliff divers and the food was delicious and filling. The tour guides were patient and very willing to help. Overall, amazing experience and would 10/10 recommend
The whole tour was fabulous, thanx to our guide/ driver. He was very pleasant, friendly and full of information about Acapulco. He made sure that we were comfortable and enjoyed every moment
The sunset at Los Flamingos was breath taking. The hotel as so much history and the is the best place to watch the sunset in Acapulco. It was very relaxing. Dinner at LaPerla was wonderful. The food was very delicious. The service was superb. The LaPerla has so much history. Pictures of 100's of famous guests from Elvis to Frank Sinatra, Walt Disney to Clint Eastwood and Elizabeth Taylor to Roy Rogers & Triggger. Celebrities have autographed the walls too. While dining the cliff divers put on 2 shows. Diving from heights as high as 134 feet into water only 12 feet deep. The divers ages ranged from a young girl of 13 years or age to a man the age of 50. It is a great show for all ages. The divers came and spoke with you after the show. They were also available to have your picture taken wuth them. To see the cliff divers in person has been on my bucket list for over 50 years and it did not disappoint. This excursion is A MUST DO if you are in Acapulco!! It great for all ages, for the family, for friends or a romantic evening. Do not miss this opportunity for a great time, to relax, to enjoy some delicious food, enjoy a breath taking show for all ages and to enjoy some of the history of Acapulco.
The dinner was great, service was astounding. But most of all, the Diver's Show was someting that was on all of our bucket list and someting that we will never forget. VERY VERY HAPPY....
We had an amazing time on this trip! Our tour guide Jesus was so kind and knowledgeable. He was a very safe driver and he really made us feel comfortable. He made our experience so fun.
Highly recommend this! Rudy is the best tour guide! Very knowledgeable and his attention to detail is outstanding! It was a very memorable experience!
This was a must-see tour! Our guide had so much pride and knowledge regarding the city and we felt privileged to have a glimpse into everyday life in Acapulco. The divers were incredible and the food was of equal quality. Our guide even took posed and candid photos of us which we look forward to treasuring forever. This is your sign to buy your ticket!
Fabulous service from the tour guide! The food and service was wonderful, and of course the show was breathtaking!
Cliff divers were amazing. Dinner at La Perla was superior. Our Driver Jose provided exceptional commentary during the tour to include the history of Acapulco. Highly recommend this tour!
The Cliff Divers De Luxe Dinner at “La Perla” was an awesome experience. This is dinner and a show times ten. Seeing multiple cliff divers jump from death defying heights was the perfect accompaniment to a delicious three course dinner.
We loved the experience of seeing the cliff divers and the restaurant was great food! The view from our seats was perfect! I got lucky on the way out and got to get my picture taken with two divers! It was a night to remember! I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a top notch experience in Acapulco.
Impeccable service and a great show! We were given great seats and a delicious 3 course meal. Our guides planned for us to arrive at sunset for pictures and let us stay for two showings. (They are usually an hour apart) Cliff divers are a must for your Acapulco vacation!
This was an absolutely amazing experience. I have been on a many tours in my travels but this was personalized. My host was amazing my comfort was priority. I recommend this agency 100% The food at the restaurant was amazing. Not sure typical tourist BoxLunch
Our tour guides Jesus and Mario were great: professional, on time, and informative. We saw the sunset at the Flamingo Hotel then went to La Perla for supper. The view of the divers was great. We got to see 2 shows. The food was good. I had the beef with poblanos combo, my husband had the fish diablo. Our dinner was complete with chocolate cake and a glass of amaretto. I expected it to be very touristy dinner, but it was not too bad. We were returned to our hotel by 10:30pm. All in all a fun evening.
The sunset off the terrace at The Flamingo was beautiful. Our dinner at La Perla was tasty and very filling. (We had the fish Diablo syle and the beef with poblanos in cream). The chocolate cake was delicious, too. The diver's show was fun and we had an excellent view. Jesus and Mario picked us up on time. They were friendly, informative and professional. I would recommend booking this tour.
I absolutely love it. My tour guide took me to The Flamingo that was owned by Johnny Weissmuller aka Tarzan before the cliff diving. He gave me great historical details. I got to meet one of the divers as well. Beautiful sunset and view. One of the best excision I done.
Alfonso “Poncho” was an extremely courteous and kind tour guide with endless knowledge and information to share about city and activity. The restaurant is amazingly chic and beautiful mounted cliff side overlooking the dive site. Food was exquisite, show was thrilling, and ambiance couldn’t have been better. This experience made our whole vacation, I highly recommend!
Wonderful experience and Jose was a great and knowledgeable host! We truly enjoyed this time together.
Entire experience was fantastic. We really enjoyed ourselves. Great views, tasty dinner! Being driven and dropped off at hotel was perfect.
My husband and I had an amazing night. We especially enjoyed the delicious romantic dinner while watching the divers. We had an amazing view. I was able to take lots of pictures and video.
Sunset at Los Flamingos was a sight to see, then on to cliff diving and dinner. A great evening and start for our 1st night in Acapulco!
I booked this over Christmas recently in the hope that it would be a smooth way to go and see the divers from the comfort of La Perla restaurant. Firstly the booking of what to expect is not clear while suggesting a sunset drink in the Flamingo hotel is part of the tour and further down suggests it is an add on. We chose the drinks only option as we figured we would check out the menu when in the restaurant and see if it took our fancy. The trip started off badly on arrival there was no way for the van to park out front and we ended up having to walk. The front desk did not have a reservation for us so we had to wait thirty minutes as supposedly the restaurant was full. When getting in the restaurant it was clear it was not full and the experience was in no small terms a disaster. The hotel service was worse than Fawlty Towers, first they had no Jack Daniels so a mojito was ordered, then there were no mojito and a JD and Coke was placed on the table. It took over an hour to get a drink so at this point the experience was ruined and we decided against eating, which seemed to perturb the waiters. On review of the restaurant I am glad we did not eat. The tour operator did in fairness attempt to make it up by offering other tours at a discounted rate but by this time my faith in them was lost and a refund was asked for. The answer was, sorry sir we can not refund as you did not pay directly. Pretty lame. Do yourself a favor and grab a cab and watch the show from the stairs outside, I guarantee this will be a much better experience:
From the time that Roger picked us up until we got back to the hotel was a great experience. Roger was early to pick us up, which is really rare for most tour companies. He also spoke great English and was very knowledgeable. He had a great since of humor too. He drove us to La Perla where we had a wonderful dinner and watched the cliff divers. He took lots of pictures of us where later they compiled into a video and also sent us a link of pictures that he took of us during all of our tours, which were all no charge. Rudy and Jose were also very good in making sure that we got picked up on time and that we had what we needed. This was the best tour company that we have ever dealt with. We will definitely use them again next time we are in Acapulco.

Our tour guide Roger picked us up at our hotel and he was early, which is very unusual for most tour companies. He drove us to the La Perla restaurant on La Quebrada. He was a really nice man and spoke really good English. Once we arrived at the restaurant we were seated on the second floor of the restaurant. The view was amazing. We could see the cliffs perfectly. We ate an amazing dinner and then we got to watch the cliff divers. They put on two different shows. One was before dark and the other after dark. Both shows were amazing. We loved this place and we would definitely do this tour again. We will definitely use this tour company again. They were very helpful and checked on us several times.

Our first time to Acapulco and we have completely fallen in love...

This tour is a MUST-DO on a trip to Acapulco! Our tour guide, Jose, was incredibly knowledgable and open about the history, challenges, and recovery that Acapulco is going through. There is no doubt in our minds that he is passionate in his love for his city and its people. We learned so much that you cannot help but feel a part of the story here. In no other place in Mexico, from our experience, can you feel the spirit of the magical times that Acapulco was in it's prime in the 50's and 60's. The hotels have such a rich history of celebrity and romance of the past, you can't help but feel it everywhere you go. The locations we visited - both the sunset clifftop for a classic margarita at famous Los Flamingos as well as the beautiful high-end La Perla restaurant with outstanding views of the famous cliff divers - were out of a postcard. We always felt very safe, cared for, and appreciated.

We have been to many tourist destinations in Mexico but never to Acapulco. The beauty of this vibrant city with it's cliffs, bays and beaches, and the warmth and hospitality of its people have topped our lists of places to visit in Mexico. When you go do not miss out on an opportunity to join Jose on this amazing tour. You will not be disappointed and I'm sure you will fall in love with Acapulco as we have!

I was very glad to see the tradition continues. Beto our guide was very kind and knowledgeable and explain very thoroughly literally everything about this Acapulco Icon. I had a wonderful dinner at la Perla and a got additionally a couple of local drinks. It brought back memories of ABC's Wide World of Sports. When the divers are finished, they will have their picture taken with you give them a tip... they appreciate it!. It was a very enjoyable trip. Gotta see the divers!

Our driver Carlos told us about this deal. We showed up paid a flat right that included the dinner, show and a drink. It was amazing. The views were amazing. It gave me an Italy vibe. I really enjoyed it. Must do in Acapulco

The live show of the divers on the cliff is truly amazing.
Dinner was an 8 out of 10. The view off the balcony was the best.
Service was very good.

Rudy, our tour guide, was fantastic! I'd pay just to have him drive us around town and tell us about his city. The dinner was ok, and the divers were fun to watch, but unexpectedly, Rudy was the highlight of the night!

Excellent tour and Jose was a very informative guide. We enjoyed two shows of the cliff divers while enjoying dinner and drinks. The view was spectacular and it was nice to just sit and relax while we were enjoying the show. The divers were amazing and it was nice to meet them after the show. This is a must see tour if you are in Acapulco as it is part of their history.

Excellent tour! We had a great guide. Very knowledgeable gentleman. He explained much about the divers and their history as it related to Acapulco. The dinner location, the view at night of teh cliffs, the breathtaking acts of death defying dives were unbelievable. We met with the divers after the show. Excellent!

I didn't take the package with dinner. I walked and arrived early enough to enjoy some tacos in the square before getting off to the platform to see the divers. Arrive half an hour before the show so you can stand near the wall
It is still a climate paradise and most of the beaches fine, there is a lot of rubbish but the sea was warm delicious. There's still a lot of destruction and I didn't see much movement of construction workers. Places to eat are still limited.
Nice restaurant from where you can see the dives in the gulch, it is expensive but I think it is worth to see the show, they offer you dinner packages or only cover with a drink included for $280 pesos, the dinner was tasty and the show is formidable, they gave us a table with good view, that depends on enjoying in this restaurant.
