Carlos really made our trip a delight. I learned that Acapulco does not have Lyft or Uber and I felt I needed some predictability in airport and location transportation so I reached out to Airport Taxi Service. Carlos responded to my inquiry right away. Throughout the trip, he was communicative, flexible, kind, and prompt. He loves Acapulco and even our rides from point A to B included warm descriptions of its history and people. He drives a top-notch vehicle which is clean and roomy. He offered recommendations for restaurants and interesting sites and we definitely left feeling we needed to return and when we do, we'll make certain it's a time that he's available.

I wish I could give Carlos more than five stars! He picked us up on time in a spacious, comfortable SUV and quickly became our go-to driver during our stay in Acapulco. As soon as we landed, he took us to the grocery store so we could stock up on water and snacks before heading to our hotel. He also drove us to our dinner reservation and even helped translate for me when needed. Carlos truly went above and beyond to make our trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you’re visiting Acapulco and need reliable transportation, I highly recommend Carlos!

Don’t use the taxis at Acapulco airport! I asked the Taxi Dispatcher at Acapulco airport for a taxi to my hote. After he gave me the slip and I made the payment, I asked him to arrange a taxi from the Hotel to the Cruzero de Terminal the next day. Mistake #1 He told me 200 pesos and I made the payment. Later Juana told him that I wanted to go to the Cruzero. Then he told me it would cost 490 pesos. I told him that I’d find another way. I asked him for the cancellation receipt. He told me that after two days, the funds would come back to me, and that I could call. I explained that I would not be able to call. I asked him for a receipt again. Mistake #2 He gave me a receipt which stated OPER. That receipt was useless. There was NOTHING on the receipt that said CREDIT. I told him that the receipt did not indicate that it was a CREDIT. I asked for a receipt that said CREDIT. GUILLERMO Mistake #3 He fumbled around, and then gave me another receipt. This receipt did not say CREDIT. He wrote “CXL” on the receipt. I told him that I needed a receipt which had the PRINTED word CREDIT on the receipt. Then after my 3 requests for a real receipt, and after giving me two useless receipts, he gave me a receipt which stated TOTALIZATION CREDITO. I asked the Dispatcher for the email address of the Manager. He scribbled it and half the words were illegible. I asked him to write it again. Then he wrote the email address clearly. After I requested the second receipt, a taxi driver chimed in with “THAT’S HOW WE DO IT!” If the Taxi Dispatcher cannot only perform the simple task of giving a credit receipt ONLY after 3 requests, something is wrong! If the Taxi Dispatcher cannot write an email address unless he is told to write it clearly, something is wrong! --The Dispatcher converted the word CRUZERO into AIRPORT! --I had to ask for the receipt 3 times! --The Taxi Dispatcher gave me two useless receipts! --The Dispatcher refused to apologize for his 3 mistakes --If it wasn’t for Juana, I would have paid 200 pesos, arrived at the Airport, only to discover that the Dispatcher converted CRUZERO into AIRPORT, and then we needed to go the Cruzero. Then I would have had to pay to get from the AIRPORT to the CRUZERO. --The passenger receipt does not state the origin and destination of the trip. That’s a perfect recipe to have multiple misunderstandings! Stay away from the Taxi Dispatcher at Acapulco Airport!

Had the best experience ever, we did the ATVS tour that included releasing turtles and a crocodile tour as well. Amazing service, are there for anything, as well helped my friend and I find the best beach for jet skis and took us to La Quebrada for the clavadistas. would definitely book with them again and they are 24/7 service, I couldn’t thank Carlos enough for a insightful guide and tour of Acapulco giving us his honest reviews of places, restaurants and recommendations!

Carlos was literally an all in one tour guide and really shows a deep cultural connection when he takes you around the city. We had a family of 10 who traveled with us and from the beginning Carlos treated us with respect and care! He displayed top notch service and was very prompt to all our events. Our family flew in from Phx Az for a family wedding in Acapulco for 5 days and we were quite far from the venue. Carlos made us feel safe and secure. I would recommend him for an airport transport and travel guide. He clearly spoke english and knew where all the great spots to eat at! We are going to miss him!

My family of 7 arrived in Acapulco, after several delays. Carlos and his team stayed in touch with us the whole time, ensuring that we'd be taken care of the moment we arrived. Once we did finally arrive, they were there, with our name on a sign, and the vehcile was very large (a Suburban), which handled all 7 of us, and our luggage. The trip was very comfy, and the driver, Cesar, even made a stop for us to grab groceries for our resort stay. Excellent experience, and we'd highly recommend them to ANYONE looking for reliable transportation to or from the airport...and anything in between during your stay!

I booked Acapulco tours through Trip advisor a week before my trip. Carlos who runs the company, reached out to me - and confirmed all the info. When I arrived in Acapulco, Carlos was there early, greeted me, took me to pick up some things at the supermarket nearby and took me to my hotel -- promptly. When I wanted to go into the city center, he was on time and took me where I need to go. When I come back to Acapulco, I will shoot him a message on Whatsapp. Thanks Carlos! Highly recommended!

Miguel "Acapulco Mike" was GREAT. We wanted to stop by a store to pick up some items. He went in with us and helped find what we wanted. Very friendly and available to take us places during our stay. Ask for him when you book.

Our flight was delayed an hour. We got in at 10:30 pm and chofer was waiting for us. He was in constant communication. Nice clean SUV. We were the only ones. He was waiting with ice cold waters and even a beer for my husband. He gave some insight and tips about Acapulco. They offer tours as well.

Carlos and Jonathan were wonderful. Carlos communicated with us via WhatsApp in detail prior to our arrival in Acapulco. Carlos scheduled us with Jonathan to transport us to the Vidanta resort and there is were the communications were transferred to Jonathan for the entirety of the trip. The week was spent with Jonathan for all of our tours and transportation. He was professional, down to earth and dependable. Jonathan took us to the several tourist attractions and to local small family restaurants (that were not tourist traps) that treated us like family, his guidance and recommendations made us feel like a local. The only number you need for car service in Acapulco! Carlos is amazing. I communicated with him on Whatsapp. Perfect English and nice clean SUV. Carlos was awesome! Speedy pickup to and from the airport. He even offered me a Coronita right off the plane which I gladly accepted. Our group of 11 had our flights all jumbled due to delays, and Carlos was super accommodating in picking each of us up throughout the day/evening. On the way to our airbnb, he answered all our questions about Acapulco and as an Acapulco native, he was very knowledgeable. We were also able to book a sunset boat cruise through Carlos. We had a group of 15 and used this service for a week. No matter how early or late we needed a vehicle, Carlos was available. Carlos and Cesar are consummate professionals. We used them for our group of 15 over the course of our week in Acapulco making trips back and forth to the airport, to the marina, the beach and even shopping runs. They are on time every time, always polite and exceptionally accommodating. Carlos speaks and understands English which helped us tremendously since we had a lot of non-Spanish speaking guests with a variety of requests. The vehicles are new, very clean and super comfortable for our large group and all of their bags. We could not have asked for better and more reliable service. Carlos was waiting with a sign when we exited the airport terminal. He offers us water or a beer, and takes us to our Hotel 25 minutes away. He offers to stop at a store if we have any shopping to do; but we are more interested in getting settled in after a long day of travel.
