My husband and I were looking for something fun and interesting to do during our stay and honestly within minutes we had booked our experience through Getyourguide. It was so quick and simple. The next morning, Alex picked us up at our hotel bright and early with a smile. We had so much fun! We were beyond excited going from one place to the next. It was literally the perfect day. He was extremely knowledgeable, had a great positive attitude, and you really can’t beat the price to do all of these awesome activities together! I’m sure we will be back one day and we hope Alex is still doing his thing!

Excellent service , comfortable transportation and two great guides Malu and Mario who make our tour very informative. The horse riding was nice and we a beautiful seeing and great host. The alligator’s sanctuary was pretty fun and Godzilla makes it better! And finally we stop by the turtle sanctuary to release 4 baby turtles! Nice experience

From the moment I was looking for a vacation for my family The communication was there and quickly. I love the I didn't have to plan anything. This tour company plans everything for you. They even pick you up anywhere in Acapulco like they picked us up in our Airbnb right on time. The value is very good for everything you get. The memories were unforgettable. I will always choose this company when I want my family to have a vacation in Acapulco. I want to say thank you to Jose he always answered any questions that I had he always assured me that anything was going to be taken care of. Especially at the end he sent me a beautiful video of all the pictures all the memories and that matters a lot to me thank you Jose.

This was such a great experience😊 Mario and Rudy were so great and explained everything. At first I went to the turtle release then horse back riding and we had some traditional amazing food and then we went to a crocodile farm. Truly an amazing experience I can 100% recommend

Good communication with a punctual pick up. Driving to the destination our very cheerful driver Jose bestowed upon us his excellent knowledge in english pointing out land marks and history locations enhancing the overall experience. The horseride was a very enjoyable, relaxing time in the remote location with a wonderful horse handler. The boat ride around the lagoon was majestic with an abundence of wildlife. The overall experience i highly recommend if you would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of Acupulco during your stay

This was a beautiful experience with amazing people and amazing views. Everyone is so incredibly nice in the hospitality is world class. Any question that you can think of about Acapulco they have the answer. I highly recommended to anyone coming to Acapulco to partake an experience because it’s one that I will think about for the rest of my life

This was a wonderful tour. Lupita is a lovely local lady with much knowledge and I felt safe, secure and welcome. If you have a love for animals and want to hear about their well being, do this tour! The only thing I regret was not taking more pesos as I didn't have enough to tip the last visit.

Had a wonderful time on our trip!! Horses were super friendly and the view was wonderful. Our guide was excellent and we had time for some food and drink in the village which was fantastic. I highly recommend!!

Another great tour by Rudy and Jesus. We went to Tehuacalco the day before this. See that review and tour if you enjoy history and cloture. Picked up right on time from our hotel and went a Afro-Mex village and rode horses provided by a small local stable. My horse, Speedy, was fantastic and was very responsive to my inexperience riding. We had a nice long ride on the beach. Rudy arranged a last minute lagoon tour for us, very reasonable. Jesus provided commentary. The turtle release is also an experience not to be missed. Very low key and not commercialized, a real animal sanctuary doing good things.

This tour was booked as a gift to my husband and he loved every moment, as did I. Rudy and Balfred were very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions. The horseback tour was incredible with beautiful views that almost made all the trash washed up on shore unnoticeable. We had the best hand picked coconut at the Afrovillage and a heartwarming experience releasing the baby sea turtles. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Rudy and Santiago were great, helpful, interesting and made this a great adventure. We loved the horseback ride on the beach, the crocodile farm and all the beautiful and interesting sights in between.

Alfonzo was a fabulous tour guide. We had him two years ago in Acapulco. He is so knowledgeable and made sure we saw everything and learned a lot about his beautiful city. We enjoyed this tour so much!

It was an amazing day spending a leisurely trot on horseback along the beach. Poncho and Rudy explained everything in great detail to enhance our experience. Their knowledge of this beautiful area was very informative and they spoke perfect English. Being able to learn and enjoy a real Acapulco adventure was top notch. The crocodile farm shows how the country is taking care of this nature preserve. The turtle release was something I read about many times and was such a wonderful experience to be a part of the effort to help continue to have the turtles survive and thrive. We had a great time with Rudy, he was a very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun tour guide! He brought us to Barra Vieja to ride horses on the beach next to the crashing waves, followed by a delicious lunch at Beto Godoy nearby. (Make sure to save room for big portions!) After this we headed to a nearby crocodile rescue where we got to see meet the passionate family that takes care of the crocodiles and some other animals. We even had the chance to hold some ourselves! Lastly we went to the beach nearby to help release some baby turtles to the ocean, which was probably the best experience of all! It’s amazing to see how many turtle eggs are rescued and hatched there on a daily basis! What we appreciated most was Rudy and his team offering these tours that support the local communities and nature. We will certainly return soon!

I highly recommend this tour for anyone from individuals to families. My daughter (6) loved the baby turtle release and seeing all the animals there. The horseback riding on the beach was amazing, safe, and comfortable. The crocodile farm wrapped everything up perfectly. Rudy and Alfonso were great guides, knowledgeable and speak perfect English. Everything was safe, well organized, and fun. Took about 5 hours and is personal tour! So it can be flexible to your needs (we spent extra time with the animals)

My husband and I had an awesome time. We were concerned because it was raining. But Our tour guide made everything work out very nice. I especially enjoyed taking romantic pictures with my husband at the beach. I also enjoyed cooking tortillas and making hot sauce with the India. Lunch at the beach was a perfect ending for an awesome day. Thank you Rudy.

This was a perfect day, and certainly a highlight of our recent trip to Acapulco! My wife and I were there with a large group, but wanted to have an experience that was ours alone, and this was just the ticket! We started with the turtle release at a remote rescue center, with an education about the whole process included. It was amazing to be even remotely involved with the fight to save these remarkable creatures! There were only two couples involved in that portion, but then we split, and my wife and I were the only two that went riding along the beach with a couple of fine steeds and accompanied by three very nice young men that were available to help with the horses if needed. We only encountered a few locals along the beach, for what ended up being a very leisurely ride, with an amazing view of the ocean! When we arrived back at the village, we were treated to the most amazing lunch of fish, shrimp, and chicken, prepared using a secret local blend of herbs and spices, literally inches from the water... We will remember our time in Alcapulco for sure, but Rudy definitely made that day in particular unforgettable!

Got picked up on time in a beautiful new van. Rudy was kind enough to accommodate kids and I and stop for breakfast before we started our adventure. This is a great tour to take for families and couples. Alfonso (Poncho) knew a lot about the area and was very accomodating. Rudy helped us set everything up and made sure our experience was great. Highly suggest booking with them!

This was definitely a highlight of our trip. Rudy and Poncho were very hospitable hosts and taught us a lot about the culture and history of the area. The horseback ride made my girlfriend’s birthday, and the turtle release showed us the importance of us humans respecting wildlife so that no creature is endangered. Throughout the entire trip we felt extremely safe, comfortable, and welcome. Overall amazing experience, come visit Acapulco!!!

Jose and Jesus gave us an experience that will always be in our hearts. Very educational for all ages. We learned historical and cultural aspects of the area on the drive out, and that this rescue center is entirely inspired by love of nature by the woman who started it. No horseback riding experience is required for the lovely safe walk along the beach. Take the tour and leave inspired that you gave back to endangered species and sustained the lives of those who protect them.

PROMPT! Friendly, knowledgeable, passionate. As we arrived in the Afro-Mexican village near Barra Viejo, Rudy shared history and culture with us. We rode the horses from there on a beach where we saw only three other people the whole time. After our horse ride, Rudy shared the story of how the turtle camp came to be. It is literally happening out of Monica's house. Her dedication to rescuing and saving animals in a place that is just learning the value of doing so is heartwarming. We have watched/participated in turtle releases in the U.S. We would never be allowed to actually release a turtle ourselves... only the scientists get to do that. They did put them in a small basket and allowed us to gently tip them out and watch them make their way to the ocean. Rudy also took great photos for us that we could not have taken ourselves and then shared them with us!

Truly a unique experience with Rudy and Pepe providing insights into Acapulco and México as well. We learned much about the challenge to protect sea turtles and were allowed to release some as well. Horseback ride on the beach was cherry on the top. Thanks again

The tour guide, Rudy, drove us around Acapulco, sort of taking us on a scenic route to the beach. Once we got there, the animal shelter was right on the beach and was converted from a house. We rode along the water (with a guide) on a couple of horses that had been rescued and then went back to the house where we watched a few videos about how sea turtles lay their eggs, why they're in danger, etc. before helping to release about 15-20 sea turtles into the ocean. We personally took them out of the basket and laid them on the beach --- a VERY cool experience. A real added bonus was that Rudy had a pretty nice camera that he used to take pictures and videos of us, which he emailed us later that day.

Terrible!! The exploitation of the poor horses in the sun, heat, salt of the sea, leaving excrement on the beaches (their owners do not clean) their hurt skin, with injuries that generate them the saddles (they did not let me take photos) really let us have conscience, common sense!!! Let people get to work instead of exploiting animals and visitors not teach our children and family to have fun at the cost of suffering other living things!!! Not worth it!!! The app does not allow you to upload photos you take, but hopefully it will raise awareness

El paseo en cabello fue una experiencia muy bonita al igual que la visita a los cocodrilos, poder tocar uno es muy grato, sin embargo no pudimos ir a la liberación de tortugas ya que mencionaron que estaba en remodelación y cerrado por oleaje alto, solo eso fue un poco incómodo ya que si se sabía esta información anticipada debieron mencionarla, en general la experiencia fue buena. Esperamos nuestra aportación ayude a la rehabilitación y reconstrucción del lugar.
