The van used was too small, air conditioning not adequate. We were uncomfortable the total tour. It was very warm outside which made very hot inside.

our God was good, but unfortunately, she said the PA system was not working so it’s difficult to hear her as she did not face the back of the bus for a lot of her commentary. Saw a lot. Traffic was heavy, but we got back to this ship in the allotted time

Jesus was a great guide showed us places to we might not have seen with someone els. He took photos and videos said he would send then on but we have not received them ?

Easy way to explore Acapulco. Poncho was a great tour guide and shared much knowledge with us. Nice small group which was great.

I love using local guides in a smaller group setting to get a more authentic and off the main beaten path tour. Jesus and Mario were great Acapulco guides that provided interesting info with insights while taking us to spectacular locations! Additionally that took pictures on their own and provided google docs links to us with a nice personalized video the next day. I would have rated the tour higher but we missed out on a key stop that day (silver shop) where we were suppose to get our free drinks. We had plenty of time to do this event but it was omitted and I did not catch until after the tour. There was a point where Jesus asked me if I "wanted a sip of beer" but that didn't seem to be the correct approach or clear way to eliminate a stop with freebies for the entire bus if that is what happened. Also from an administrative / clarity standpoint...the 4 hour tour leaves at 10am from just outside the cruise port while the 6 hour tour (with lunch option) leaves at 9am. The start time was confusing on the emailed tour ticket and it wasn't clarified well in multiple follow-up emails. Thus we had to wait an hour for our tour to start. Enjoy!

Excellent tour. Jose, the English speaking guide provide amazing tidbits of Acapulco glorious past. Think about Tarzan, John Wayne, Diego Rivera, etc The best part of the tour is the in between anecdotes between the major attractions. Seeing the everyday life of the citizens was interesting. This tour covers a lot of area in a short period of time. Great lunch (not included in the price) was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this company for any excursion you are interested in. I did the city tour which was really great! The views and people were beyond beautiful. My tour guide was very knowledgeable. I used this company for additional transportation services too. All the guys were really great and friendly, would DEFINITELY use again!

Great tour! Small group which was great. Cliff divers were spectacular!! Would go see them again. Tour guide was great.

It was a great trip. Only thing was we did not receive a beverage. The tour guide askesus to sit down and his boss came around and said we would have to pay $10.00. We told her it was included but she got angry with us and told us we needed to pay because we had already seen the cliff divers.and the tour guide said a joke about masterbating, not appropriate at all and the vehicle had no shocks and we were thrown up in our seats and it hurt my back

We did not receive our beverage, the guide told us we needed to pay an additional al 10.00 for the view and a drink. He told us to sit and wait and then his boss said we needed to pay but I told her we were told to wait there and we did not get a drink. She insisted I pay because I had seen the divers. I did tell her I had not received a drink, rude lady.

<p>Began in a disorganised fashion. Twelve people for the bus were told meeting times which varied from 8.30 and 10am! This was quickly resolved however and dealt with in a calm, professional manner. The trip itself was absolutely excellent and we saw a huge amount in the allotted time and for the price we paid. The guide was very good.<br/> The only reason we have not scored this higher is because the vehicle used was totally unsuitable and ALL of us were very uncomfortably cramped into a minibus far too small to hold capacity in comfort. We were VERY cramped and squashed and had to keep changing seats in order to be fair on each other. We were all of average size. The air con did not work well either. This spoilt an otherwise excellent trip.</p>

<p>This tour was amazing. The best tour we have ever been on. We did all the top spots of Acapulco. The day ended at the cliff divers. Roger our guide got us the best seats in the place with a perfect view of the divers. I am disabled with a cane and Roger went out of his way to help me in and out of the van at each stop. He was the best guide!!!!</p>

<p>Very good, very interesting tour. Our guide David was knowledgeable and told us a lot of stories of the city. He also showed us the best views. The Chapel of Peace was a pretty nice place. We liked a lot the Los Flamingos Hotel once owned by Johnny Weismuller, and the story about it. The Diego Rivera mural was wonderful. The divers at La Quebrada were very interesting too. Highly recommend the tour!</p>

Unpleasant surprise. We had booked with guide in French and nothing was contradicted until payment. Our voucher clearly states the guide in French. On arrival in stopover the tour operator announces that since we are that two French there visit will be in English to take or leave with refund. On a 9-hour stopover difficult to find anything else. No commercial gesture offered, a refund but no visit.

Schöner Ausflug im Mini-Bus nur zu viert. Herrlich, wie der Fahrer verliebt war in „sein“ Acapulco und versucht hat, uns genauso zu begeistern. Der Guide war ebenfalls sehr sachkundig. Weit empfehlenswerter, infividueller und günstiger als die Touren der Cruise-Gesellschaften.
