Real Bananas Hotel & Villas

Parking is a mess, beds are like sleep over stones, to many areas stink. The trip to a beach that is impossible to be in ... dash. The food usually taste like was recycled the last one and I'm a chef. But I need to say staff are amazing. Every one. The owner need to put more love here and can get possibilities.

The rooms were too cheap for an all exclusive hotel it looked like more of a motel room. Then the food was alright not too many options but the breakfast one is my fav. I heard u guys had a beach club first of all it said on their website that they had a water slides and pools at their beach club which they lied bc when I came their wasn’t no water slides and pools. However this beach club bus that they had was old and it shakes too much. Their view is nice from their hallway by the hotel rooms which is good. I also feel like the pool should of have been deeper and bigger bc for some reason their is too many ppl in the pool wear makes u have no space to swim and they should have made two separate pools where is deep and where is not bc the one on the second floor isn’t deep at all. Shoutout to the bar guy bc he always makes the drinks good and gives positivity. Oh yea and the toilets in the hotel are like school toilets that are difficult to flush. I also saw hair on my plates and the cups smell bc they don’t let it dry good.

Very poor service for being a four star all inclusive hotel. As soon as we got to hotel to check in the receptionist couldn't find our second room! We were pretty much arguing back & fourth for bout an hour I had email proof & receipts we made deposits. I guess they go through a "third-party" vendor for payment which is very horrible & old school! We couldn't pay for rooms on Expedia nor on their website we had to have a family member made the deposit to their bank choices from Mexico. Which that there should have been a red flag for me! Finally the manager came and "found" our reservation for second room. The rooms were ok, no mini fridge and beds were pretty hard. Since we had the all inclusive the food buffets were basic, no flavor &very basic! The chilaquiles were dry, pancakes burnt oatmeal PLAIN! No kind of seafood the 4 days we wre there. Never again Acapulco. The beach they took us to was disgusting water was filthy, waves were super strong my little boys (6 & 2) couldn't even swim in salted water. Service from staff was not so good! We have traveled to D.R all inclusive as well & that was an amazing experience! I give this hotel a 1 start.....the pool area didn't have kid friendly area. And staff wouldn't really give u beverage choice you would have to ask or guess what they had. And the beer they had was only Tecate. Nothing excited about this hotel. Again the way you must reserve a room is just a headache!

Beds and rooms are comfortable; staff is great; food is mediocre and grounds are nice. It is a good value for the money and we would return.
