Stayed for a week had an amazing time. Out of all the sister resorts this is the best one beautiful views steps away from the beach beautiful gardens perfect pools service was great food was on point . We will absolutely be coming back soon.
I was on a shore excursion from a cruise ship and spent a few hours at the resort. The pools are nice. So is the beach. No air conditioning in the bar or reception. The buffet gave me Travelers Diarrhea 😮. Beware!
Amazing hotel, lovely gardens, not Otis nor John has take away the beauty of this place, everything you need is inside, staff is so kind, I had stay in more than once and will return. Food as always was great and waiters are kind and pending on requests. But this time I also want to recognize Kids play team is so amazing, fun, energetic and polite, now adding more and more kids activities and being happy to play and party with kids. This gives the extra mile for families. But also see couples of non kids guest they enjoy and relax as well, so there is something for everyone, even ocean view massages..... even working guest have enough space to work with ocean view, so great. For birthday people always details in restaurants, kids play everywhere you are special...
The hotel and service was perfect. Especially the hotel considering as it was so soon after hurricane Otis. However the one and only reason that it got 3 stars was the food. The food was low in quality and was very bland across all restaurants in the resort, and besides that it was also very overpriced for what it actually was and honestly incredibly disappointing.
The beds are incredible hard, so not good if you are a stomach sleeper, my back hurt every other day. :) Disney channel did not work on the TV. Parking cars were easy. Food was pretty good. Some breakfast foods ran out quickly and would not put up more, thing like waffles. They have cats in the hotel outside. The beach was interesting, lots of different things.
