Being a prestigious hotel it's unbelievable the lack of ramps and accessibility devices that this hotel has. Not at all wheelchair accessible, nor friendly for a person with a disability. Terrible.

Location is very nice, Pool areas superb. Roms are quite dated though, even the supposed Deluxe ones. Does jig look like in pictures
The food and restaurant are fantastic, and the morning breakfast service is warm and attentive. The highlight was the spa arranging a beachside massage right by the water. Ms. Kenya is an absolutely incredible masseuse. Bring cash! Highly recommend this property!
If you want a bit of seclusion and enjoy a relaxing week this is the place. Location is rather perfect specially if you dont mind traveling by boat or car. Their staff is always helpful and ready to cater you! They make you feel welcome and the food service is top notch. The on site restaurant is meh, but the Pool Bar food service which is what we mostly enjoyed offers a good taste of the local food. Their aguachile is to die for, try the aguachile negro, and ask for some habanero on the side. The drinks though can use work, unless you order beer. A tip if you like swimming... to the right of the private beach, there is and area with rocks that you can swim to, and the water is about 1ft to 5ft with as you get closer allowing you to enjoy an even more secluded beach day. The pools although a bit outdated, still invite you for a dip to cool off if you dont want to walk down and up the stairs. I would try the restaurants around like Zibu, Amalfi or Bora Bora. Take a boat to Puerto Marquez which is a 5-10min ride or pichilingue for fresh seafood and more local vibes. A Shutout to Omar, primo muchas gracias por tu servicio!. Will visit again!
Fantastic location, superb views of Puerto Marques and the Diamante bahía. The hotel is located on the slopes getting to the sea, and the different levels with stairs are a bit annoying after a while. Secluded and isolated, ideal for resting, for families or couples looking to relax. To get out of the resort you need a taxi (cash only, be aware!), unless you're an hiker or like to swim long stretches! The beach is small but beautiful, with good services including aquascooters. Several pools available. Gym small but nice. Really limited option for food and the bars are below expectation. Nice breakfast buffet. There is a massage center and a small shop.
