We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Liwa Adventure on our private Empty Quarter Sunset Safari! The booking process was so easy, quick, and understandable. A special and huge thanks to our amazing marshal, Basith! Since I was traveling with my 72-year-old mother and 7-year-old daughter, Basith was extremely attentive, careful, and tailored the entire drive to be perfectly smooth, safe, and comfortable for my family. Witnessing the spectacular sunset at the Moreeb Dune was a lifetime memory. Thank you, Basith, and the whole team for making our day so special. Highly recommended for families visiting Abu Dhabi!

This experience is worth the price. Liwa is not often mentioned when you travel in UAE so this is a new experience. The empty quarter is so beautiful. The vast area of the desert was astonishing. I thought that there will be only few places to visit but there were so many things to do.

I had an amazing, dare I say life-changing experience. Going deep into the desert and seeing the rolling dunes was nothing short of breathtaking and mesmerizing. Climbing Tal Moreeb and then going to see the perfect desert sunset was a particular highlight. My driver Shihab was very kind and knowledgeable, and the dune-bashing was intense but thrilling. The trip is a long one, but it is worth every second and penny, and I will remember it for the rest of my life. Thanks!

I went to the Liwa Desert in November. First, I went to the town of Liwa and saw the oasis. Then, I went to see the Liwa sign. And then, finally, the desert! The endless desert, with its changing colors depending on the sunlight, was so beautiful. The guide arrived on time and gave detailed explanations when we arrived at the landmarks. It was so much fun to watch the guide drive through the desert. We had a wonderful day. It was winter, but the temperature was close to 30°C during the day, so please be sure to take precautions against the heat.

Superb experience. Basith is an excellent driver and was a fantastic guide. He collected us from our apartment and we had an amazing experience, saw plenty of wildlife and managed to climb the summit of the highest sand dune. Plenty of stops for photos, drinks and also time for a lovely lunch in an oasis of date palms. I would thoroughly recommend this trip, it is excellent value.

We had an amazing trip to Liwa desert!!! Visited Empty Quater (Rub Al Khali), sunset safari, palm trees oasis, Tal Moreb (tallest dune in the world), visited camels farm, sand boarding, dune bashing to get to the most amazing desert views. Exciting drifting experience in most beautiful landscapes. Our guide Basith was super friendly and told us so much Baluch desert and local culture. Totally love this adventure and definitely recommend it anyone who is in Dubai or Abu Dhabi

And an un imagined experience. Thank you so much Basith and Hafiq. For vegetarians, there was Paneer, butter masala and veg fried rice with fresh vegetables bar b q . Nicely spread out and the cosy tent with air beds. The driving of both the guys was at an another level no complaints and no compromise on anything.

We had an awesome day with Haneef on empty quarter sunset safari. I enjoyed meeting and feeding the farm camels. Driving through desert was fun and exhilarating. Whole experience was made batter with nice Oasis lunch and sandboarding. We also visited one of the biggest sand dunes in Lisa festival.

We spent an awesome day with Haneef on Empty Quarter safari. Started with a very friendly meet and greet with beautiful farm camels. Safari continued with exhilarating views and up and down turns that would take your breath away. We stopped for a very nice lunch at Oasis and then moved on to the empty quarter areas. Dunes were beautiful and sunset made it even more wonderful. We had more fun with sand boarding with picturesque sunset in the background. We ended the night with a visit to Liwa festival where multiple automobiles were turbo charged trying to get up to the top of one the biggest dunes.

Our desert safari in the Empty Quarter was an experience we will never forget! A four-wheel drive vehicle took us deep into the desert, where we stopped at various places with breathtaking colours and fantastic photo opportunities. The barbecue in a small oasis was a moment of tranquillity in the midst of nature. A visit to a camel farm rounded off the experience. Our guide, Basith, was incredibly experienced, catered to all our wishes and was always friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this trip. Basith was an incredible tour guide who created a brilliant experience throughout the whole day! We started by getting picked up from Abu Dhabi and making our way to the first part of the Empty Quarter, getting to stop for landmarks and photo opportunities along the way. When we entered the Desert, it was breathtaking from the get go. As the car maneuvered over the Dunes - it was thrilling and, although slightly scary, I felt in such safe hands with Basith as he was so experienced and his driving skills were incredible. We stopped at a beautiful dates farm where they laid out a lovely and fulfilling lunch for us. We were very impressed and grateful for how well they were able to cater to our vegan dietary requirements. When then headed further in the main Empty Quarter where were truly blown away - breath taking doesn't even cover it. The views were like something from a film and we were given many wonderful opportunities along the way to take some fantastic photos. We also saw Camels, Gazelles and even a sand lizard along the journey and finished the day with a real high of getting to watch the sun set! A truly memorable experience and so expertly delivered - I highly recommend!

We had a outstanding experience with our awesome driver and guide Basith. The pick up was very well arranged in Abu Dhabi. The drive was great. The experience in the desert drive was very great. The lunch break in a desert oasis was so restful. Overall an excellent trip. Would highly recommend it to everyone loving nature (esp. deserts). Yesterday we had an outstanding Liwa Desert Safari with our guide Basith. It was amazing! Everything was well organized. On December 8th, we had the great experience of visiting the camel farm, doing the Dune Bashing and going to the Moreeb Dune. Basith is an excellent guide, both in the expertise and skill of navigating the dunes, and his cheerful attitude! Luckily, we were in the month of the Liwa festival, so we got to witness many people practicing driving up and down the Moreeb dune!

To start, we drove through the desert to gain a general impression. We then had a lunch break at an oasis and continued our journey. At this point, we had the opportunity to interact with the animals. It's worth noting that the driver also takes exceptionally beautiful photos and stops whenever you desire."

Basith our guide and driver was fantastic. He enquired about what our expectations were of the Rub Al’Khali and customised the tour according to our needs. It was a decent travel time to the Rub Al’Khali but the journey was made pleasant with information about the desert and other little friendly chats along the way. Comfort stops were made as well and he was constantly checking in to ensure we didn’t need anything else he could offer such as a drink. Lunch at a palm oasis was also plentiful and nice! Dune bashing was really enjoyable and descending from tall dunes was exhilarating! The sandscape as we transverse the Rub Al’ Khali was constantly changing! At the Moreeb Dunes, simply point your camera at any angle and a stunning photo would show up! It’s a trip of a life time not to be missed!

One of the best desert safaris in town. We had a great time touring the dunes of Asab with our new friend and guide Basith. Having been in the business for nearly 2 decades, Mr. Basith is very familiar with the terrain and made our experience that much more enjoyable.

On 25 November, my family of four had a memorable Liwa sunset trip at Moreeb Dune, with our excellent guide Ibrahim. It was such an interesting tour which includes the Fort, black camel farm, Liwa oasis, gigantic dunes with the sound of Sand Avalanche and Tel Moreeb.

It is the best trip I’ve ever taken. Our guide is Basith and he is a super nice guy who answered all my questions and explained everything well. The trip brought me into the heart of desert. I felt that I was in the movie. If you’re a adventure lover, this is definitely first choice of your list. Also, for the animal lover, you could also see lovely camels walking in a group. They super like human so don’t be afraid that they will hurt you. They are really lovely animals. Also, if you go alone, don’t be worried about the photographing, Basith is the best photographer and he is super willing to take the photos for you. There are only 5 stars but I will give 10 STARS if possible! Highly recommend!

The trip is unbelievable and amazing. You have to do it once in your life. Mr. Basith is our tour guide, driver and even an professional photographer for us. He is a super nice guy and tried his best to make our trip better and better. During our trip, we even find camels walking in the desert. We touched them and took a lot of photos with them. We had a perfect day in the „real“ desert Rub al Chali. Our great driver Basith did not drive us to the touristic district but deep into the desert where we were able to experience the special magic of this place. I highly recommend this trip!

The journey is quite long, but the view of the high dunes is spectacular and definitely worth the long journey! During the trip you can very well spot the different dune shapes and sand colors, it never gets boring. The drive over the sometimes very steep dunes gives thrills :-) Our guide Basith was great - he explained a lot and was very accommodating. Overall highly recommended!

The experience was really fantastic! We were picked up at the hotel by a very nice driver. On the way to the dunes we stopped at The Last Exit. You really need to see this. Once at the dunes we got a fantastic tour. Enjoy riding through the dunes, down steep slopes, past the camels, sandboarding and as icing on the cake the sunset. Truly a unique experience! It was a wonderful experience, we started going up and down the dunes of the Liwa desert around 1am until 3am, then we went to the Liwa oasis to eat something and after an hour we started crossing the desert again up to the dune by Moreen. It was fantastic, the desert was initially orange in colour, then lighter, we descended very high dunes and our guide Basith was very helpful, stopping every time we wanted to take a photo.

Besith our driver was lonely top! He picked us up from the agreed meeting point on time and drove all day through the Rub al Khali (Empty Quarter) desert. The kids (4 & 7) had a lot of fun sliding over the dunes! Especially on a steep slope over 200m which was quasi vertical. Drinks as well as help with the photo spot were also included! Apart from the wonderful desert landscape, we have seen a lot of free-range dromedaries and a few gazelles. Sandboarding was a highlight for us, but the view over the desert at sunset and the moonrise from one of the highest dunes in the world were priceless with the cold coke. The trip is definitely worth the money. Thank you Basith!!!! Next time we will make another tripp with you!
