Very good experience with plenty of chances to get photos. Guide and audio provided excellent information about Dubai. My only negative was time in mall but it's because I am not a shopper.

The Locations included should have covered a few more Tourist Attractions. And 3 hours time at Dubai Mall is insufficient.

Muhammed Rizwan was awesome. He took us to most of the important sites in Dubai. We started at 8a and got back to Abu Dhabi at 6p. What a trip! We ended up at Dubai mall which happens to be right next to Burj Khalifa. Simply amazing!

To be honest at one point in this trip I wondered if we were on the wrong bus. The itinerary described on here barely matched the day we had. Our first visit after Jumeirah beach involved sitting in a local “art” establishment, where we sat in a room and got the hard sell on tapestry type stitched artworks varying in price from £150 up to thousands. No mention of this on the itinerary. We then went on and did a few other bits that were as described, however the souk “10 mins” turned into us being dropped off at a local boat taxi on the creek, to be taken downriver to the souk. It was SO HOT! We then had to wait for the guide to catch us up in another boat and were then taken to a shop in the souk which felt distinctly like they had an agreement with the guide to split any profit. We were followed around the shop for 10 mins by a chap who wouldn’t take no for an answer, by which time we just had to leave and get out. The street was so hot and we didn’t want to be there, we signed up for a “pass by”, not 30 mins in there too. Because these 2 unscheduled stops took an hour, we then only had 2 hours to do the Burj Khalifa and the mall, as well as get lunch, again, we thought we were getting 3 hours. The collecting mini bus driver Suhail, was constantly harassing me on WhatsApp asking where we were, and spent most of both journeys from and back to Abu Dhabi looking at his phone and not the road.

Very timely excursion. Kept us informed from the beginning to end. Very precise on the timing. Enjoyed the tour guide's commentary and the attention to details. Burj Khalifa experince was as expected.

I had this tour on May 16th 2025 and I had a lovely time... My tour driver Suhail was very courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable.... Any thing my earphones didn't say Suhail filled in the gaps with facts and information. Would definitely recommend this tour. The tour bus was air conditioned and comfortable and Suhail was a careful and safe driver The mall was gigantic but had fun trying to navigate around it. I would book more tours through Grayline.....

There were two different sales pitches thrown in this tour that I wasn't aware of. I mainly booked it for the visit to the Burj Khalifa but we spent so much time feeling pressured during the sales pitches that we barely had an my time up at the top. We arrived approximately 40 minutes later than our tickets said they were for for the 124th floor. Had 2 hours instead of the 3 that the tour says for the Dubai Mall. It would have been better to take the bus up from Abu Dhabi and explored myself.

This is a very busy tour but the audio commentary and Suhail our guide gave us a lot of good information. The stop at the carpet/art place was, as others have reported, not a planned part of the tour and we could have done without, but the rest of it was good, especially the Burj Khalifa. There was a really long gap between toilet breaks though, so be warned!

It was a great trip! Be ready for a long day but it’s so worth it. The views are spectacular and the tour was smooth and insightful. Suhail did an excellent job picking us up from the hotel and guiding us through the city!

Warning, included is an "art gallery" stop which is just an very expensive shop. Not enough time allowed for the 1:50 hours to get into the Burj, plus 45 mins to get down - if you want to eat lunch! Pick up was 8:15, which we thought was to get to the Burj before it got busy. No, this was to allow for a few quick dtops and the 40 min layover at the Art Gallery. Driver was nice but drove like a maniac, full gas between stop signs. 2 of the 4 in our group got car sick. I had to ask him to slow down twice. Bring water and snacks for the van, as its a very tight schedule. I would have booked a Burj only ride and skipped the rest so we could enjoy it all rather than rush. Book SKIP THE LINE tickets.

Your young driver of blue van - wild and dangerous (morning's and evening's) ride in Abu Dhabi - no more !! Good and interesting was ride by bus between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. NIce views and interesting information. Trip in Dubai - no time for anything. All was fast, too fast (10 minutes fotoshooting, next 15 minutes fotoshooting), no time for nice view, visit something, coffee, ... Really lost time...

We booked the experience with visit to Dubai mall and entrance to Burj Khalifa. It was a rushed tour with many photo stops. We were picked up from hotel at 7:30 am and there was no bathroom break until 1:30 pm. We made an unscheduled stop at an art gallery that we could’ve done without. This stop took away time from the Dubai mall, instead of 3 hours, we only had 2 hours which were taken up with the visit to Burj Khalifa. We didn’t even have time to eat at the mall before getting on the bus to leave. I would not schedule this tour again.

Going stop Burj Khalifa was excellent. Very good stops at spice souk where we were taken to a shop where some of the most exotic herbs were showcased. Would recommend allowing 1 more hour to spend at Dubai mall. Maybe cut the stop over at art gallery

Tour was more about shopping than sight seeing. It can be organized better and more clear information regarding the visiting area can be provided.

We had a great day, saw all sites including Palm, Jumeriah, markets, 20 min stops for photos. Plenty of stops with restrooms and opportunities to buy snacks. Our guide Suhail was great, very good English and gave us good advice, easy going and made us feel at ease. Headsets given to listen to lots of info on Dubai too. My 2 boys age 12 and 24 really enjoyed it. Loved the trip up to top of the Burj

While I enjoyed the shared trip overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of pacing and itinerary planning. I felt that there were not as many points of interest included in the itinerary as I had understood from the info provided. While the locations we visited were undoubtedly beautiful, I would have appreciated a more diverse range of experiences and attractions along the way and a more engaged and informative tour guide could have enriched the experience further. I offer these comments constructively, to enhance future trips and ensure an even more fulfilling experience for all involved.

We booked this trip on the basis of getting a whistle stop day trip to Dubai whilst staying in Abu Dhabi, in hindsight, we wish we'd just got a taxi and done a hop-on/hop-off bus once there. We were unfortunate in that we were the first to be collected, so it felt like we spent an hour in the minivan before meeting the coach for the 2hour drive to Dubai. We cannot fault the tour guide, Suhail, he was very good and knowledgeable. The stops for photos were quick but fine to get the views, however we weren't expecting a half hour stop at a souk - this wasn't on our itinerary and not really of interest to us. And were really uncomfortable with being dropped off at an 'art museum' for half hour where we were sat in room and given the hard-sell on rugs... really disappointing and an absolute waste of time. What was most frustrating, was that these stops meant we didn't get to Dubai Mall until 13:30, and the fountain show during the day runs from 13:00-13:30, so we missed it. We then had to rush to get up & back down the Burj Khalifa and grab some food before getting back on the bus at 15:30, a quick photo stop at the Dubai Marina and we were back on the bus for the 2hours back to Abu Dhabi and the hour trip dropping everyone off again. Overall, we spent hours getting there and back, to see very little. In future, we will pick out a couple of things we want to see, and make private arrangements rather than booking a tour like this one.

Although the tour was as described, it does have some failings. It's basically a series of photo stops to see highlights of Dubai whilst be dropped at various shopping outlets. The main worry was the driving. Our driver seemed very distracted on the way to Dubai - rubbing his eyes as though very tired and seeming to spend most of the journey texting on his phone and making a few phone calls, allowing the minibus to weave within the lane. The first souk was fine and very touristy - but if you walk straight through to the far side you get a good view of the Burj Al Arab, which probably beats the later view. Then there's the 'art showroom'. Why? Dropped in a unit that looks like the store room of a local rug store, marshalled into a small display room and the handless door is pushed shut behind you whilst the salesman hard sells intricate hand made rugs. After insisting we play 'guess the price' he finally revealed a cost of £7,000 or €10,000 (interesting exchange rate) for the first rug he'd shown us, but said for that he'd arrange delivery to anywhere in the world. We had to do a non-English thing and walk out whilst he was talking else we thought we'd never escape. My advice - when the van stops at the art store don't go into the building. Arriving at the Dubai Mall about 13:00 and told we'd be collected 17:15, we were given our tickets for the Burj Khalifa and left to our own devices. We walked inside and almost instantly found paper maps. We probably did need this amount of time there to allow for getting up and down the tower, having a couple of drinks and an explore of the mall. This meant we arrived back in Abu Dhabi around 19:00, much later than expected after our 08:30 start and messing up dinner arrangements. Basically, there's too much to see and do in a day trip so this is a quick snapshot and a trip up the Burj Khalifa. But the local driving and that art shop I could do without.

This was a great trip! Lots to see and do. The Burj Khalifa is breathtaking and the Dubai Mall can take you hours to see everything. Worth every dollar.

we had a great and amazing day in Dubai with Suhail, we stopped at the major sights and had great views, we got a lot of interesting infos about Dubai and had an exciting time at the burj khalifa top and in the Dubai mall.

The driver was extremely nice and we are overall happy we went on this tour. However, there was a few things. I feel like the stops were a bit rushed especially the souk and the mall and burj kalifa in combination I could have spent a little bit more time on. I feel like it would have been nice to have given a map of the mall to make sure we'd find our way back to the car from the mall. So on that note I would give the tour 4 stars. But the craft store I really feel like I could have been spared. The reviews on the place are not very good, and I to me it was an uncomfortable experience. The salesmen/women were just too eager. They followed you around and kept trying to push products on you - to me it was quite stressful. I realise it is a matter of cultural relativism, but we talked to other participants about it, because I could tell the other lady was obviously uncomfortable too and we both went back to the car early because of it. Had we skipped this and seen something else or just stayed longer at the souk, I'd probably have kept it at 4 stars.

It was an amazing experience. The tour guide Suhail was very professional and patient when we had to stop a few minutes more in some places. He explained the history of the attractions and much more. Definitely recommended.
