Mahmoud was referred by my sister and did not disappoint. We had such a great time with him that he became part of our group. Learning the history, sight seeing, and the shopping was amazing. We ate good food and enjoyed his company.

We traveled to Dubai in October 2026 to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, and Mahmoud truly helped make our trip an unforgettable experience! Where do I even start?! 😂 If you're going to Dubai and need a tour guide, BOOK MAHMOUD! From day one, Mahmoud took great care of us. He was knowledgeable, patient, funny, professional, and just so easy to be around. And trust me… traveling with a group means there are going to be questions, changes, and a little confusion here and there 😂 — but Mahmoud handled us like a pro! We got to experience Old Dubai, the Spice and Gold Souks, the traditional abra ride, the desert safari, and so much more. He didn't just drive us around and point at things. He actually explained the history and culture and answered all of our questions, which made the experience so much better. One thing I really appreciated was that we never felt rushed. Mahmoud made sure everyone was comfortable, knew what was going on, and had time to actually enjoy the experience. By the end of the trip, he wasn't just "our tour guide" anymore. He felt like part of the crew! 😂❤️ And being a travel agent, I'm very particular about the people I recommend to my clients because their service is a reflection on me too. I can confidently say that I would send my clients, friends, and family to Mahmoud without hesitation. He was terribly missed during the remainder of our Dubai stay. While shopping in the markets, he was not only our guide, he was our advocate in the unfamiliar and foreign places. He knows his way around…literally and figuratively. He clearly explained customs, structures/architecture, and history of the places and landmarks. When we couldn’t understand what was being said. we needed someone we trusted to translate…Mahmoud was there and eager to assist. He is notably very patient with his clients (or new friends,) It seemed as though he had established an individual “friendship” with those in our group; understanding and knowing how to deal with each person as an individual. We were a small group of 8 yet, he took the opportunities to talk with each of us on an individual basis at some point…that built trust and respect. As we shopped or walked the grounds where we visited, he found chances to get with people in the group one-on-one and have a chat. Enhance your trip with the best in touring.
