Abu Dhabi Half Day City Tour - Sharing Experience

We visited the Abu Dhabi Mosque, which was amazing. We also saw a couple of other things. It would be good if the tour was a bit longer to see attractions more calmly but I understand the affordability of the price means shorter tours. The tour guide, Shafi, was professional and gave some general information about other buildings while travelling on the road. Overall it was worth it and I would recommend.

I was picked up and dropped at Airport in time. Tour Guide Kashan was very friendly and he took us to heritage village, Grand Mosque, emirates palace, Corniche street, and others. He was making sure to explain every details and helping to get beat photographs. I would recommend to go with them for unique and safe experience. Thank you Kashan… had a great city tour.

It was worth money, the guide Kashan was very friendly and kind to take me all the places in Abu Dhabi. He even took me to farmers market and good dates and chocolates at very good price. Thankyou Riyago travels and thank you Kashan very happy experience.

I was not picked up at my hotel. I had to pay a taxi to meet the tour guide at the mosque which ended up costing an additional $250. I was denied a refund for the tour which is why I ended up meeting the guide so at least I wouldn’t loose the tickets for the mosque entrance. While at the mosque I was continually left behind when I voiced that I had foot surgery and couldn’t walk as fast I was ignored then missed everything the tour guide was explaining about the mosque history. I felt left behind and terrible I tried to make the best of it through it all but would not recommend anyone to book this tour. I was not taken anywhere else other than the dates market which honestly is one small store. And why I was shopping I was left alone again, and the tour guide was waiting in the car and felt like I had to rush and was inconveniencing him. Just not worth the money, unreliable and unfriendly.

Fantastic experience! It was low Tourist’i season so I ended up having a private tour. My guide Shafi was very knowledgeable about Abu Dhabi and I learnt a lot from him. Would greatly recommend this tour!

It was a small group of just two of us, which made the experience feel personal and relaxed. The car was comfortable and air-conditioned, and water was provided, which was much appreciated in the heat. A brilliant way to explore Abu Dhabi — highly recommended!

Shafi was extremely polite and accommodating. He seemed to know a lot about the sites he took us to. He also offered to take our picture throughout the tour without us having to ask. The pictures turned out great. It was the perfect tour for having a layover at Abu Dhabi Airport. Highly recommend.

I had an incredible private afternoon tour of Abu Dhabi (4 hours), and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Our itinerary included Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Emirates Palace Marina, Abu Dhabi Dates Market, Emirates Heritage Village, Etihad Towers, and a scenic drive along Corniche Beach. Each stop offered something unique, from the breathtaking beauty of the Grand Mosque illuminated at sunset to the luxury of Emirates Palace and the cultural charm of the Dates Market. The guide was knowledgeable, attentive, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire tour. He shared interesting information about each place, made sure I felt comfortable, and gave me plenty of time to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. At the Grand Mosque, he even showed me the best spot to capture a beautiful photograph of the illuminated building. The abayas and hijabs provided for women were also clean, high-quality, and beautifully detailed. I particularly enjoyed trying the gold-flaked coffee at Emirates Palace Marina and tasting the delicious variety of dates, nuts, and pistachio-filled chocolates at the Dates Market. The staff at the market were equally welcoming and patient. The hotel pickup and drop-off were seamless, and everything was perfectly punctual, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend this private tour to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. It was a wonderful combination of culture, architecture, local flavours, and iconic landmarks, made even better by an excellent guide. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Shafi attitude was really great, he was very knowledgeable about Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates in general. We had a great experience and 100% recommend it.

We skipped 2 of 5 stops. Had to go back on my own to see the Tower and it cost 95 AED ($26) when this was supposed to be part of the tour. Four hour tour took about 2 hours, and the air conditioning didn’t work in the car very well, and no cold water was given.

Shafi was our guide and certainly expressed an excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi and was excited to share with us. We had a fabulous, albeit short time to stay in Abu Dhabi, to see some of the highlights of Abu Dhabi. Well done - and we’ll recommend Shafi to other family and friends that follow us.

Came into Abu Dhabi for a quick two day trip, book this tour last min and had a good time. Our tour guide Shafi with helpful, polite, and gave us a god amount of knowledge when it came to Abu Dhabi.

Great couple of hours, Shafi our guide was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The Mosque was beautiful, and the other stops gave us a chance to see Abu Dhabi from the comfort of an air conditioned vehicle. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful trip to experience highlights of Abu Dhabi in half a day. It gave us glimpse of the city. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was really grand and highlight of our experience. Our guide Shafi did a fantastic job explaining in detail about the place also and prepared what to expect. He was very considerate and very knowledgeable about the city. He had water bottles ready which was quite useful during hot weather. He answered all our queries. Took nice photos. Air conditioned vehicle was comfortable. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a worry free wonderful Abu Dhabi city tour. Also, would recommend Shafi as your guide/ driver.

Sadik did a phenomenal job today. He kept me on schedule while providing the information I needed and letting me also do my thing when necessary. It was supposed to be a group tour but I lucked out and got to do it all by myself. I’d definitely recommend this.

I booked this tour without actually realising it was a solo tour. I was very pleasantly surprised. Sadiq picked me up from the airport, was well prepared and showed me around Abu Dhabi. The tour was well planned, and he was very knowledgable. He is also a talented photographer if you are into that kind of thing. He was friendly without being overbearing so as to allow me to enjoy the places we visited. He also dropped me at my hotel afterwards which was perfect.

We had an excellent day with Shafi today on our half day shared city tour of Abu Dhabi. My husband, myself and another lovely couple were chauffeured around in air con comfort to the many highlights of the city, spending some magical time at the Grand Mosque- definitely the highlight.
