Tower Hotel Apartments

I stayed here for my trip to Miami for 5 days. Before arriving I knew what to expect with the hotels regarding what the rooms/hotel has to offer. With that being said, It was an amazing experience and Lia was very friendly/attentive with any concerns I had. One issue I had was that the bathroom lock didn’t close properly. However, she made sure to speak with maintenance so that they can handle the situation. Good location too, it’s not from Brickell City Centre and so many places/restaurants to explore.

I had a solo stay at the Tower Hotel for three nights. As a solo traveler, I was very nervous, because I was unfamiliar with the area and did not check-in until after 2am due to flight delays. Nonetheless, I had all of the information I needed to get to my room before my arrival which was very helpful. Additionally, upon arrival, a security guard greeted me and helped me find my room. The hotel is located on a mostly residential street in Little Havana and is only a two minute walk away from the main strip of restaurants in the area. I felt safe walking by myself during the day. The communication from property management prior to, during, and after my stay was excellent. Lia, who works at the front desk, was the sweetest and always gave me a smile and compliment as I was heading out. She also kept my bags after check-out so I could explore the area, before my flight, without the hassle. The only thing I did not like was having to upload my ID to be able to secure a reservation, as I have never done this before at a hotel. This requirement was not disclosed until I paid, so note this if providing your ID is not something you’re willing to do. Nonetheless, I highly recommend.

The accommodation is in a great central location in Little Havana, with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want to explore the area on foot.

I live in Miami near the hotel. I had to spend a night in a nearby hotel and I discovered the Tower hotel. I love it. First we met the Angel Lia in the reception for the reservation. She helped with everything we needed. What a great and beautiful person she is. She explained everything, the codes and the fact that is almost self service . Also. Me and my husband are local artists and we appreciate the fact that this hotel is focused on art and it has art studios inside the area. We really loved it. We are going to recommend it to the people that come visit us. And the fact that is also in a great location is a plus. Loved it!!!! Thank you Lia!!!!
