The Eclipse Boutique Suites

The rooms are dusty, and on top of that, we requested rooms with a king-size bed, but instead, we were given rooms with four single beds, and they were dusty. They made us wait in this room for more than two hours, claiming that they were cleaning the room with the king-size bed. I did not like the service at all or the long wait we had to endure. We missed half of the activities we had planned because of them.

the rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you need. It is spacious and truly a good service apartment. The staff are not professional enough and do not answer the phone. As you can see in the video, you might ring the reception for 5-6 minutes before someone talks to you. They might have problems with your booking and resolve it but you will have problems. There is noise, like they are having maintenance or something, so you would hear knocking noise every now and then. The internet works fine but then it stops and lags for a couple of minutes before coming back again. They can’t fix it. It is just the usual. It is a good place but do not expect much from the staff.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for half a year, and I can highly recommend it. Living somewhere for that long means you really get to know the staff, and they were absolutely incredible. From the very first day, the team went above and beyond to make my long-term stay comfortable. Whenever I had any questions or issues, they were solved almost immediately. The staff never forgot a single request and truly satisfied every single need I had. A special thank you goes to the reception team and Front Office manager who were always friendly and professional, the housekeeping staff for keeping my room spotless day after day, and the security team. Each of you played a big part in making my stay so enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Overall, the hotel was good and had everything we needed, including a laundry machine, kitchenette, and refrigerator. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping was also done regularly. My main concern was the air conditioning. During the early hours of the morning, around 1:00 AM, the room would become quite hot, causing me to wake up sweating. I understand it was summer, but it seemed like there might have been an issue with the AC. We reported it, and the staff checked it, but the problem continued. Also, there was only one AC control for both bedrooms and the living room, which made temperature adjustment difficult. Regarding breakfast, I would suggest adding more variety, as the same items were served every day and the options were quite limited. Despite these concerns, we had a pleasant stay, and overall, it is a good hotel that I would recommend.
