The hotel feels decadent, luxurious, atmospheric, romantic and unique. Our room was spotlessly clean, large and we loved the bath. Service was incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive. Staff were so kind and friendly to our little boy, too 🥰
We hugely appreciated being able to check in early and the room upgrade was a lovely treat.
The breakfast had a very good selection and there was an eggs station, the pool was quite small but very clean (and we had it to ourselves), happy hour 6-8pm. There were restaurants and amenities within close walking distance.
We loved our stay here and highly recommend. Thank you Royal Rose and we hope to see you again soon 😊
Our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. The level of luxury is something that’s hard to describe in words — everything about the property radiates comfort, elegance, and calm. The atmosphere is so peaceful that it instantly puts you at ease.
The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for maintaining the rooms beautifully. We booked a spacious room with one king bed and two twin beds, perfect for our family with two kids. It was extremely comfortable, well‑organized, and spotless throughout our stay.
The jacuzzi was a wonderful highlight, offering complete relaxation, and the swimming pool was clean, safe, and enjoyable for both adults and children.
Overall, it was a memorable stay for our family — luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly 5‑star experience.

I would also like to recognize Sushmita, the talented bartender, for always preparing the most delicious Mojitos and Bloody Marys. Her friendly personality, excellent service, and consistency make every visit to the bar a wonderful experience.

Everything is superb except Ventilation
Convenient location
Good ambiance.
Good service.
Food is delicious, nice buffet spread.
Rooms are spacious.
Good equipment in the gym and we'll maintained.
Cons.
At times during rush hours, checking in process gets delayed.
The buffet could use fresh fruit juice instead of packaged juices (otherwise it's an excellent restaurant)
The elevator gets jammed sometimes.
(For some reason, instead of ground floor it went all the way till basement 3 and got struck there for 2minutes till I contacted the emergency number)(this was the only time in my past 10 stays at this hotel)
Ventilation (sunlight) in the rooms is next to zero. You feel claustrophobic because of this not because of the size.
Even in the gym it's the same.
The water dispense is located outside the gym may be because of the wooden flooring. This causes a very minute inconvenience to come out and for drinking water which is placed right next to the restrooms 😷🫢
The air conditioning in the guest rooms is automatic, you won't have any control over it.
The fan runs intermittently at it's own will irrespective of the speed and temperature that you select.
At times, you will sweat even of the temperature is 20°C 🤷♂️

WHY DON'T YOU LET THE RECEPTIONISTS SIT AT THEiR DESK, WHY DO THEY HAVE TO STAND CONTINUOUSLY THROUGHOUT THEIR SHIFT?

My experience at this hotel was truly worthy of five stars. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, making my stay extremely pleasant from the very beginning. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
A very special thank you goes to the receptionist Kyra, who made my experience even more memorable. She was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. I truly appreciated her availability, patience, and the time she dedicated to helping me with everything I needed. Her warm attitude and genuine care made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.
