⭐ 1/5 — Absolutely Disgusting! The Worst Experience Ever! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The moment I turned on the tap, dirty brown water came out immediately. As you can clearly see in the attached photos, the water was visibly discolored, and dark, filthy residue was left across the shower floor. What if I had unknowingly turned on the shower and stepped underneath it? Would all that disgusting, dirty water have poured directly onto my head and body? This is absolutely unacceptable. There was no warning, no prior notice, and apparently no proper inspection of the facilities before allowing customers to use them. I cannot understand how a facility could allow customers to use showers and washrooms in such a condition. This raises serious concerns about hygiene, maintenance, and customer safety. To make matters even worse, the reception desk and staff were extremely unprofessional and had terrible attitudes. Their lack of courtesy and poor customer service made the entire experience even more frustrating. The facilities were filthy, the staff were rude, and the overall experience was completely unacceptable. Management seriously needs to investigate the water quality, improve maintenance standards, and address the attitude of its employees. Absolutely the worst experience. Zero stars if possible. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Would give them 6 or more if i can. We came late at night, 11pm. They helped with everything. The hotel is luxurious.breakfast should not be missed if u stay here. Perfect!

A comfortable hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent facilities. The peaceful atmosphere and quality service make it a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I have been staying in Remal for last 2 years and over all experience is good. But lately food quality has gone down and even after complaining multiple times no action is taken by management. Buffet menu for lunch has has gone from 3*** to 0* and is almost repeated. As of my last 2 weeks experience,for breakfast restaurant is short of Green Chillies for more than 15 days so can't order basic Indian masala omelette. Gym maintenance is also not done last 10 days. All staff is cooperative but management shall look into complains seriously.
