Without a doubt this was the most wonderful place that we’ve stayed at in our 15 years of living in the UAE. From the telephone booking with MIRA LAUM to leaving the resort every part of our experience was exceptional. On arrival we were greeted by many staff including the manager all made us feel special and very welcome. The location and resort itself is just stunning! Breakfast was fantastic and servers SHANE & KIKI both from Myanmar made every morning extra special, at the pool we were looked after by MUSKIN, RUSHEK and KIRKIN and nothing was too much trouble. RAJNESH did a great job looking after us at our steak dinner. MARY LOVE was never far way and always making sure we had anything we needed. At reception SASHA was also very professional and helpful. My wife and 2 daughters visited the spa and said it was the best massage they’ve ever had. It was also my daughters 18th Birthday over the weekend of our stay (MIRA LAUM had asked if there was any special occasion during booking), there was a card, cake and lovely message left in her room on arrival and another cake after our steak dinner. We were made to feel so special, all the staff were excellent and the place itself is just WOW. Loved every second!!!

Absolutely amazing experience even in the heat of the summer - pool villa experience was just exception with a place to just relax and unwind. Rooms and amenities just second to none, the views - wow. The breakfast - everything you would even want, the activities- so many and so well planned. The walks, the people, the place….you must come to try and meet some of the best hospitality people in UAE. Thank you for making our stay so exceptional and tailored to our needs.

Absolutely magical experience. The staff if truly remarkable, they are kind, super attentive, easy to engage with & very personable. The made the experience wonderfully genuine. The food was superb at Suhail & breakfast. There are a handful of vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options at both. I was pleasantly surprised as it’s quite remote. The non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks at the pool bar & Suhail were some of the best I have ever tasted. The villa we were upgraded to was truly stunning. All the marble, tiles, finishes, and details were gorgeous surrounding the resort. We had a very short stay but will be back to enjoy the many offerings like Ezba (animal offerings, date farm), the workout classes, walking the dunes, and many more activities. The drive is about 2-2.5 hours from Abu Dhabi airport. During the weekday it appeared to be very heavy with trucks as there seems to be a construction project creating a parallel road. The trucks are aware to let drives pass though. The weekend had much less truck traffic. It’s one a one lane road for each direction of traffic. Absolutely epic experience!

Our stay at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara was absolute magic. The pure majesty of the desert landscape left us completely speechless—it is a place photos simply cannot do justice. While the resort itself is a stunning luxury oasis, it is the incredible staff that makes it a world-class experience. A few special individuals made our stay truly unforgettable: Nazir (Activities) made our desert adventures absolutely seamless and engaging. Hidaya, our camel handler, gave us a beautifully authentic and memorable desert experience. Chef Andres at Suhail crafted exquisite culinary highlights that we are still thinking about. Jagadish, Binod, Dorjee, and Daniel from Housekeeping kept our room a flawless, welcoming sanctuary. The genuine warmth and professionalism here operate at an entirely different level. If you want to create lifelong memories in an unparalleled setting, this is the place. We cannot wait to return!
