I recently completed a month-long stay at the Park Rotana Abu Dhabi for a business trip, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The absolute highlight of my stay was the housekeeping service provided by Pujan. He quickly took the time to understand my nature and daily priorities, making personalized touches to the room that truly made it feel like a genuine home away from home. Even the relief staff who covered on his days off were incredibly hardworking, thorough, and professional. I absolutely loved the food. The breakfast buffet features Indian menu as well, which is curated for frequent Indian visitors. Chef Komal was incredibly proactive, always ready to accept any custom meal requests and delivering them with the utmost care and love. The other Indian chef on the team was equally amazing. In the dining area, Vinod was a fantastic host who immediately introduced us to all the available choices and was always ready to go out of his way to get things for us quickly. Furthermore, Raj at the buffet provided top-notch service; over the weeks, he memorized the repeated orders for both me and my colleagues so that everything was ready almost as soon as we walked in. The rest of the hotel amenities, like the top-tier Bodylines fitness centre, beautiful swimming area and the great atmosphere at Cooper's—were perfect for maintaining a routine. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. The entire reception and concierge staff were incredibly helpful and warm, and a special mention goes to Sarah, whose warm smile and welcoming attitude made coming back after a long day of work a pleasure. Highly recommend.

I Shivani visited Ginger Restaurant with my friend for dinner, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Chef Komal Singh was incredibly humble, courteous, and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. The highlight of our dinner was the Baigan Bhaja—it was absolutely outstanding! It was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and infused with rich, aromatic spices. Every bite was well-balanced and delicious, reflecting great attention to quality and authentic preparation. It was truly a memorable dish. The rest of the meal was equally impressive. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and served with exceptional hospitality.
