Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel

This hotel should not be rated as a five-star property. The service does not meet five-star standards, and the staff do not appear to be adequately trained. Check-in and check-out were slow and inefficient. Basic service was also lacking. For example, when guests are struggling with luggage or have their hands full, staff should proactively assist by opening the door. This did not happen. The rooms also lack basic amenities I would expect from a five-star hotel. There was no espresso machine, only a kettle and Nescafé bags. I also had to request an iron. The only positive for me was the bathtub. After long days standing at the event, having a hot bath was helpful. Overall, based on the service, staff responsiveness, and room cleanliness and amenities, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once, and Sayed’s exceptional service has been consistently outstanding every single time. I can genuinely say that Sayed is one of the main reasons I enjoy returning to this hotel. Excellent facilities are important, but it is people like him who turn a hotel stay into an experience you actually want to come back to. To the management: Sayed is a true asset to your hotel and an exceptional representative of genuine five-star hospitality. Employees like him deserve to be recognised and appreciated. Had a wonderful experience! The buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, with plenty of options to choose from. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding, while the gym was well-equipped and maintained. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Danushka, Vince, Thomas, and Prabath for their excellent service, friendliness, and professionalism. They were all attentive, accommodating, and made our experience even more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly stood out!
