Marriott Hotel Downtown, Abu Dhabi

We stayed here for 3 days to celebrate my son’s birthday, and every penny was absolutely worth it!From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was excellent. I also want to say a big thank you for upgrading our room from a Superior Room to an Executive Room. We were so happy and honestly didn’t expect our request to be granted. It made our celebration even more special! Check-in was so smooth and hassle-free. Thank you, Ahmad, for the warm welcome and for arranging the lovely little birthday cake that was delivered to our room. 🎂❤️ Such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast selection was also amazing, with so many choices to enjoy. And of course, a special mention to all the wonderful staff at Kuzbara. Especially Glenda, she was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you for making my son’s birthday celebration extra special. We truly enjoyed our stay.

A special thank you to Varsha at the front desk for being so kind, welcoming, and helpful. She made sure all our rooms were arranged on the same floor, which made our stay much more convenient. We were also offered an upgrade at an excellent price, and we chose the largest suite. It was very spacious and comfortable, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. The breakfast, however, was very average and could be improved. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Abu Dhabi, making it convenient to get around and close to many places. Overall, a good stay, and special thanks to Varsha for her excellent service and hospitality.

had an excellent stay at the Marriott, and I would especially like to recognize the outstanding service provided by the front desk team. Ahmed El Nagar, Daniel, and Souchari were all professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled smoothly, always greeting guests with a smile and a positive attitude. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine commitment to customer service made a great impression and enhanced my overall experience. Thank you to Ahmed, Daniel, and Souchari for making my stay so enjoyable. Marriott is fortunate to have such a dedicated team at the front desk.

We stayed for around 20 days in June 2025, and we truly loved everything about our experience.. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the room service was always prompt and efficient. The gym and pool facilities were excellent and made our long stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s city location was also very convenient. The food was a real highlight, with a wide variety of options and live stations that made every meal exciting. The chefs were extremely friendly, cool, and welcoming, always adding a personal touch. Our absolute favorite was the kimchi fried rice. it was excellent! What stood out the most was the staff, who were always gentle, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel like part of a family throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience . we would definitely love to return again. 🌟
