I had a really good experience staying at Jannah Hotel & Resort. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Mohsin at the reception desk for his courteous and professional service, as well as the housekeeping team, Ms. Isha and Mr. Abdul Aziz, for their excellent work.
They clean my room (806) properly every day and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Thank you all for your dedication, professionalism, and excellent hospitality. Your efforts made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Highly appreciated! Keep up the great work.
A Wonderful Hotel for a Stopover in Abu Dhabi – Great Location and Fantastic Views!
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Abu Dhabi! The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room on the 15th floor was absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views over the city. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable – everything you could wish for during a relaxing stay.
The location is excellent! The beach is nearby, there are plenty of shops right around the hotel, and everything is conveniently accessible. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a great selection and a wonderful start to the day.
Another highlight is the rooftop pool – the perfect place to cool off in the morning or unwind after a day of exploring Abu Dhabi.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. Housekeeping was unfortunately a little inconsistent. Towels were forgotten, and our room wasn’t properly tidied up during our stay, leaving dirty plates and other items behind. The service at reception also varied depending on who was on duty. Some staff members were genuinely warm and welcoming, while others came across as rather abrupt and unfriendly.
These are small but noticeable details that could easily be improved to make the overall experience even better.
Despite these minor shortcomings, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The fantastic room, beautiful views, excellent location, delicious breakfast, and rooftop pool make it a brilliant choice for a stopover in Abu Dhabi.
We would happily stay here again!

A special thanks to Karuppiya and Bharath for their excellent service — they were very helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.
The restaurant food was also excellent, with great taste and quality. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The rooms were beautifully maintained, comfortable, and equipped with every facility one could need for a relaxing stay. Every detail reflected thoughtfulness and quality.
What stood out most was that, despite the current trend in many places across the UAE to reduce in-room amenities, this hotel has not compromised its standards. They continue to provide a complete and elevated guest experience without cutting corners.
The ambience throughout the property was elegant, welcoming, and exceptionally well-kept. A truly comfortable and high-standard stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.
