Ja Hatta Fort Hotel

**A wonderful family weekend made even better by the people** We spent the weekend at JA Hatta Fort Hotel as a family, and what a lovely experience it was! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, but what really made our stay memorable was the people. From the moment Samuel welcomed us at the entrance, we felt genuinely looked after. Marissa was wonderful with our reservation and check-in, Ali helped us with our luggage, and Pradeep was always so warm and friendly, even taking the time to chat with us as we were leaving. A big thank you also to Methul and Ye Thu at the restaurant for their lovely hospitality, and to Inam at the animal feeding area, who was so helpful with our boys as they fed the goats, deer, and turtles. A very special mention goes to Chandran at the Rock Pool. What an absolute gem of a person! We had some wonderful conversations, and his kindness and hospitality really made our afternoon special. He’s clearly someone who takes genuine pride in what he does. We’d also like to thank Sameera, the lifeguard, Anjali, whom we crossed paths with several times, and Zacchias, who gave us a lovely send-off as we left. There were many others whose names we didn’t catch, but the warmth and friendliness of the entire team really stood out. We’ve visited Hatta before, but this stay gave us another reason to come back. We had a great stay at JA Hatta Fort Hotel. A big thank you to Basanta, Sadaru, and Akhil at the restaurant for taking good care of us during breakfast on both mornings. They were always friendly, polite, and provided excellent service. A special thanks as well to Aisha at the reception for the warm welcome and making our check-in smooth and pleasant from the moment we arrived. The pool was excellent, especially the kids' pool, which our daughter absolutely loved. We also had so much fun feeding the goats, peacocks, turtles, and deer. Thank you Inam for your hospitality. There were plenty of activities for families, and we enjoyed every moment. One nice bonus was getting a discount at Hubbers Cycling Store after mentioning we were staying at JA Hatta Fort Hotel. We also tried the cycling trail. It was quite challenging for beginners, but it was definitely worth the experience and the scenery made it even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend JA Hatta Fort Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway.

The location is very attractive, children were excited their swimming pools were clean and attended to. The quality of the food was very good All the staff especially James and Anjali we very helpful with our seminar function. For sure we will come back again to stay and we highly recommend it to our friends

We just returned from our staycation at JA Hatta hotel and I must say we had the best time there. The service was excellent and the staff made our 3 days 2 nights stay truely incredible. Everyone made us so comfortable and were there to assist to the best. We loved every minute of our stay with our 2 years old and 3 months old babies. Special mention to Inaam who gave us a lifetime of experience feeding the birds and the animals. My 2 year enjoyed the activity and carries great memories of animal encounter .
