The experience is excellent. The whole crew was helpful. Both restaurants were nice. Mr Ruhul left a great impression during breakfast with his exceptional hospitality, but he is only one I can recall the name. There are many more friendly hosts in the property taking good care of the guests. Keep going.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The location is excellent, especially if you need to be near the embassies’ district.
A special thank you to Rose and Negi at Reception, who were exceptional throughout my stay. They were always welcoming, helped facilitate my deliveries without any hassle, and went above and beyond with several thoughtful courtesies.
My room has recently been renovated. It was modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the in-room water dispenser. The gym was well equipped and practical. I also visited the hair salon where Said did an excellent job. Highly recommended. The valet team was also helpful in coordinating deliveries and helping catch taxis. Numerous food options on site, including a very good Korean restaurant.
Overall, this was a very pleasant experience with attentive staff, comfortable facilities, and an ideal location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, especially if you have business in the embassies’ area.
