We had a pleasant stay at Hala Arjaan by Rotana after Etihad Airways arranged a one-night stay for us due to a flight delay. The hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful, and professional, making our unexpected stay comfortable and stress-free.
A special thanks to Subhash, Min, and all the other staff members for their kindness, excellent service, and support. Their hospitality made a real difference to our experience. The room was comfortable, and we truly appreciated the care and attention we received throughout our stay.

Restaurant staff is very warm and kind. They make you feel home everyday. Our breakfast was a lovely adventure for our 20 months old who made friends and family with each and everyone especially Eliezel, Akila, Janelle and Chef Arron who made sure to bring him a fruits bowl everyday.
Rooms are well maintained and very clean.
The location is amazing with lots of services nearby. It also has a view on a nice stadium and the cultural district.

We had an extended stay beyond two weeks at Hala Arjaan in September and I have nothing but great things to say about the hotel and the staff (other than the parking, which can be hard to find around the hotel or way too pricey for daily valet service if one is staying for a number of days). The hotel employees truly made us feel at home. Great and very prompt service, excellent meals, lots of helpful and friendly faces. The always welcoming and super attentive front desk managers were able to upgrade us for a small fee to a larger suite, living space, and kitchen facilities. Roshon kept our rooms spotless and always had a welcoming smile and a five star attitude. A great staffer! The restaurant team not only always greeted us with home-like hospitality, but even remembered our food and drink preferences. They run the breakfast buffet as well as the restaurant and in-room dining expertly. They are truly a star team: Dikshya, Eliezel, Akila, Janelle, and the chef Hisam. If we have to stay in Abu Dhabi again for an extended time, this will be our “go to”place.
I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived everything was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind welcoming and helpful and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful comfortable and very well maintained which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I also want to give a special thank you to the chef for making the most wonderful omelette every morning! It was absolutely delicious and honestly became one of my favorite parts of breakfast. You can really tell that a lot of care and effort goes into the food. Overall I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable welcoming and enjoyable stay.
