Reviews
Everything about this hotel was excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around.
But the best part was definitely the 24-hour check-in system, which made everything so flexible and convenient, especially for travelers arriving at different times.
Overall, a fantastic experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with how spacious and comfortable everything was. One of the things we especially appreciated was how flexible the team was with our checkout. They kindly allowed us a very late checkout at no additional charge, which made our stay even more convenient.
The room was amazing, and the bathroom was beautifully equipped with high-end shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, which was a lovely touch.
The pool was fantastic and the kids really enjoyed it. The property does have a beachfront area, although it is not a large, full beach—it is more of a smaller private corner with a few beach chairs. That said, the beach area was clean and the kids had a great time enjoying it.
Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food, with plenty of options to choose from, and everything was enjoyable.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay with them again. The spacious rooms, excellent facilities, thoughtful service, and flexibility of the staff made our stay truly enjoyable.
A Delicious & Beautiful Afternoon at Pearl Lounge Abu Dhabi Grandhayatt
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing The Grand Crêpe Affair at Pearl Lounge Abu Dhabi and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish! The atmosphere at Pearl Lounge was beautiful, elegant, and relaxing the perfect setting for a leisurely afternoon treat. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well presented. The highlight, of course, was the freshly prepared crêpe. I absolutely loved the concept of having 2 hours of unlimited crêpes freshly made at the crêpe station. Watching them being prepared fresh made the experience even more enjoyable.
There was such a tempting selection to choose from, including Blueberry, Strawberry, Mango Passion, and the classic Nutella crêpe. 🍓🫐🥭🍫 Each one had its own delicious flavor, and honestly, choosing a favorite was not easy!
The fact that the experience also includes one hot beverage makes it such a lovely afternoon treat, especially if you enjoy spending time with friends or family while enjoying something sweet.
I also really appreciated the overall service and hospitality. The team was welcoming and attentive, which made the experience feel even more special.
The Grand Crêpe Affair is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at AED 65 per person, including 2 hours of unlimited crêpes and your choice of one hot beverage.
If you’re in Abu Dhabi and have a sweet tooth, I would definitely recommend giving this experience a try! It’s a fun, indulgent and memorable way to spend an afternoon.
for such a wonderful experience. ❤️
I would absolutely love to come back and try more!
An unforgettable dining experience! The food is consistently amazing, but what truly makes this place special is the world-class service. A massive thank you to Beatrice, who always takes such wonderful care of us with her kind, attentive, and warm personality. Chef Ahmed’s creations are always spectacular and full of flavor. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I would greatly recommend this hotel and its incredible team to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!"
I had a wonderful experience at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi thanks to two amazing staff members, Maw and Kudzi. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. Their service was fast, efficient, and handled with great attention to detail. Because of these two staff members in particular, as well as the rest of the team, I will definitely return to stay at this hotel. They made me feel comfortable and truly valued as a guest. I really appreciate their excellent attitude and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!
