We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was a good size for two of us, and the customer service was exceptional. The food was great too! The location is a big plus, with a shopping mall right next door and taxis easy to get for exploring Abu Dhabi. We also loved being able to walk to Qasr Al Hosn and the Cultural Foundation. Overall, a lovely stay and somewhere we'd happily come back to!
The hotel provided a clean, modern, and practical stay right in the centre of the city. The property keeps things simple and efficient: the rooms are tidy, well-maintained, comfortable, and quiet enough to ensure a proper night of rest, making it a very dependable base for both leisure and business visits. A sincere word of appreciation goes to Hamdy, who was exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and attentive during our interactions on site; his hospitality reflected the very best standards of the brand. Having a mall attached to it is also a great bonus! The only slight disappointment occurred prior to arrival during a telephone query regarding Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite benefits. I was provided with incorrect information over the telephone concerning the complimentary breakfast policy for Platinum members. However, I want to state clearly that this minor confusion was strictly an issue with the central telephone agent. It had absolutely nothing to do with the reception desk or management team on the ground, who were helpful, understanding, and accommodating throughout our time at the hotel. It remains a solid, dependable property that delivers very good value.
Stayed at Courtyard by Marriott and had a pleasant experience overall. The absolute highlight of the hotel is the jacuzzi—it's well maintained, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. It was definitely my favorite part of the stay. The rooms, however, were fairly average. They were clean and comfortable but lacked the premium feel I was expecting. While they met the basic standards, they weren't particularly memorable. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with a great jacuzzi to relax in, this hotel is worth considering.
I stayed for two nights on my first solo trip as a woman, and the hotel made me feel safe, comfortable, and very welcome. I arrived at around 2:00 a.m. after accidentally leaving my luggage at the airport. The staff were incredibly kind and calm, and helping me contact the airport to resolve the situation. Throughout my stay, the team was always friendly and happy to share local tips, which I really appreciated as it was my first time in the country. I hope the hotel continues to maintain this excellent standard of hospitality. The location is also excellent, right in the town centre, with plenty of great restaurants and food options within walking distance. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
