I had a very pleasant stay. A special thanks to Miss. Hla from the housekeeping team. He is very humble, polite, and dedicated to his work. His professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much to the entire housekeeping team for your excellent service.
The staff at the property wanted to charge me for parking and I decided to park infront of the hotel. Just the simple face that he should have told me don’t park they because your car will be towed will make you have more guest parking than not saying anything. From the Bellman or the guy looking after the parking to the reception no sens of hospitality. The only person there that was great was the housekeeper that came to make our room. Nice and attentive. Just forgot his name the rest not worth it.
I was very pleased with the overall services throughout my stay. The room service team was consistently polite, professional, and attentive, responding to requests promptly and with a positive attitude. Every interaction was pleasant, and they made an effort to ensure my needs were met efficiently while respecting my privacy. A special thank you to Mr. Asan for his exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism. His dedication and warm attitude made my stay even more comfortable and memorable. I also appreciated the well-maintained gym and swimming pool, which were clean, organized, and provided a relaxing environment. The overall experience was excellent, and I sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.

A wonderful experience provided by the staff.
The hospitality was exceptional, and I must say the team is very well trained, especially Mr. Shahzaib. I would be delighted to have him serve my room again in the future.
I have already shared this excellent experience with my groups who frequently visit Abu Dhabi. From my side, I would gladly award a 7-star rating.
My family members were equally impressed by his service, professionalism, warm smile, and courteous way of communicating. His attention to guests truly stands out.
Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Keep up the excellent work!
