The room was good, but my breakfast experience on the day of checkout was very disappointing.
Breakfast service was scheduled to start at 6:30 AM, and I arrived at the mess hall at 6:21 AM because my pickup for an offshore assignment was also scheduled for 6:30 AM. The food was already prepared, but I was not allowed to eat.
I understand the importance of following timings and rules, and I respect them. However, when a guest is checking out and has an urgent work-related commitment, a little understanding and flexibility would make a big difference.
Good hospitality is not just about providing a good room; it is also about understanding guests' situations and treating them with consideration.
