We had a wonderful two-month stay at Rotana Beach Residences and truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel has great facilities, a lovely atmosphere, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thank you to Yosuf from housekeeping, who was absolutely excellent. He always kept our room spotless, was attentive to every little detail, and happily looked after all our needs. He even made our bedroom extra special with a beautiful birthday decoration for my husband, which was such a thoughtful touch. ❤️ We were extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for the warm and caring staff.
