Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi

What a fantastic location! Abu Dhabi Mall is just a short walk away that is convenient. The hotel staff are absolutely exceptional. A special mention to May, who assisted me with check-in. What a lovely, friendly, and calm personality! She made the entire process quick and welcoming. A wonderful first impression! The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and offered a breathtaking beach view. It was well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool and beach areas were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly inviting. I particularly loved the pool area! The staff were attentive, efficient, and paid attention to detail. The presentation of the food was exceptional, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of serving food in sealed containers. Such a clever and hygienic idea! The only disappointing aspect was the pool bar service. Unfortunately, it was exceptionally slow, with long waiting times just to place an order. There appeared to be several staff members standing around chatting while guests were waiting to be served. This is definitely an area that could benefit from improvement. All in all, I had a truly wonderful stay! My only regret is that it was far too short. The beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and warm hospitality made it a memorable experience. This hotel certainly deserves another visit, and I look forward to returning! 🌴☀️🌊

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. A special mention to Coleene, who was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel. We look forward to staying here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the location, the service, and the rooms were all excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our stay was generally pleasant. I would give the room 4/5—it was okay and comfortable, although nothing particularly exceptional. The location definitely deserves 5/5! It’s very convenient and close to almost everything we needed. We also loved the beautiful views, especially the beach and pool area, which made our stay more enjoyable. The service deserves 5/5 as well. The staff were very helpful, accommodating, and attentive to our requests. Special thanks to Abid and Van, who were especially helpful when we needed assistance with weighing our luggage before our departure. We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and especially enjoyed the convenient location, beautiful surroundings, and excellent service from the staff. Thank you!
