What truly makes this hotel extraordinary is its staff. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth created an atmosphere that is increasingly rare to find. Every member of the team treated us with such care and respect that it felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed home. I can honestly say that in no hotel in Europe have I ever felt as “at home” as I did here. The entire staff deserves the highest praise—their dedication, professionalism, and positive energy made our stay unforgettable. Beyond the people, the hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are simply perfect: spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Every detail seems thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests feel relaxed and well cared for. The facilities are very good and well organized, offering everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, with the mall just a short distance away, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, or simply taking a walk nearby. Overall, this hotel offers something truly special: a rare combination of comfort, quality, and above all, exceptional human warmth.
