Best service in town🤍 From reception Ms. Mariel whom assisted me and give me the room that made me more my stay unforgettable and for sure I’ll be back. It’s because of her, the position that must be in reception she did it. accommodating and advice what else information need to know. Together with the Colleague Mr. Brian let you feel as well welcomed by his smile. Overall was great, the place it’s good location to have anything you need like supermarket and more… Try and Hope you will enjoy your stay the way I do! Thank you Al Manzel team keep it up!

The rooms are so nice what is the not ok is your Receptionist staff name is (LORELE) if im not mistake a Filipino. Madam as a field of customer service area you should talked to your customers in a nice way to let the client understand what you try to explain. Anyway on the other hand, great experience still with the hotel.

The main issue with this stay was the value for money. The price simply does NOT match what is being offered. With old furniture and an outdated TV, the room feels overpriced and does not reflect the standard you would expect for that rate. Another inconvenience was the valet service. Since the garage parking is off-site and about 15 minutes away, you need to be prepared to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes every time you request your car. This can be frustrating, especially if you are in a hurry. That said, the location is good, and the cleanliness was also good.

I had an excellent six-month stay at Almanzel Hotel Apartments in Abu Dhabi. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. The reception team was always welcoming and professional, the level of service was consistently top-notch, and the cleanliness of the property was impeccable. A special mention goes to Catherine, the manager, whose leadership truly reflects in the quality of the service. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made a real difference throughout my stay. I also felt very safe and secure at all times, which added great peace of mind. Overall, a fantastic place with a great team — I highly recommend it.
